Seriously, I am on fire with these updates. I finally got all my homework for today done and I've been having a lot of time to write. Also we're at 155 reads! I have been having so much fun writing this book let me tell ya, I really hope you guys are enjoying it. Mr. Easton's aesthetic is above, again, don't know why I made him one but whatever. Leave a comment! It would really mean a lot to me.
Happy reading!
Chapter Seventeen

No answer. I left him a ton of messages, what on earth could he be doing?
"Sweetie?"
What the...
"Mom," I asked in a surprised tone, sitting up on my bed. "What are you doing here?"
"Um, just some things," Mom answered hesitantly. "I just wanted to say hello."
"Well um... hello."
"Also your father and I want to talk with you about something."
"Me? Should I get the others?"
"No, just you. The other girls went out for ice cream."
This was weird. My parents never come home early, if anything they come home late. I hopped off my bed, I had changed into a Journey t shirt, shorts and fuzzy socks.
Mom led me to Dad's office. Now I was really suspicious, Dad never let any of us into his office. Athena broke so many things in there I had lost count.
"Lily," Dad greeted, gathering up some papers. "We want to talk to you. First we need to wait for some guests."
Guests?
"Guests?" I took a seat in one of the two chairs across my father's desk.
"There they are now," Mom said with a small smile.
What was going on? An unfamiliar Suburban pulled into our driveway. I saw two girls... I couldn't see them very clearly and-
WHAT.
THE.
HECK.
B-Blade.
Blade.
Holy mother of cheesecake Blade stepped out of the Suburban. And MURRAY. My head spun. Questions bombarded my brain. I was pretty sure my hand was shaking. Confusion swallowed me whole when Murray, Blade and Blade's friend... Mater stepped out of the car. Something like that.
"Welcome," Dad smiled.
He knew them?
"Thank you," Murray nodded, and winked at me.
I almost choked on my own spit and died.
"So Lily," Dad folded his hands. "Murray here has informed your mother and I some very interesting information."
He knows.
Holy crap he knows about Violet.
Crapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrap.
"He said you were jumped by a couple of young men and taken," Mom said softly. "He helped you escape but... why wouldn't you tell us?"
That's all?
