Chapter Eleven: Could it work?

Xavier's P.O.V

I watch as Jennifer breaks Ashley's nose. Ashley shifts to her wolf, it a light brown and her eyes are brown. Nothing special. But Jennifer dosnt shift. I start to get worried. Ashley lanches a Jen, but she used swift, ninja like moves to the side and kicks Ashley in her right side. You could hear the cracks of her ribs. And she went flying past us. I was utterly amazed with my mate. Ashley then charges again and Jennifer laughs. When Ashley gets close, Jen socks her in the snout and jumps over her intime to dodge Ashley's tumble and slams into a tree behind us. Then I hear somehing break. She gets up and charges at Jennifer but Jen moves swiftly, and grabs Ashley by the top of her neck and slams her into the ground causing a whine and speaks with an Alpha tone, "Listen closely, and listen good. You show your face around me again? And I'll happily break you," Ashley submitted and Jen threw her into the tree again. I just stood in awe.

Jennifer then looks at me and walks straight to me. I expected a shit load of screaming. But seconds later she socks me in the face and I go flying across the yard. But I honetly didn't mind. I diserved it. I don't dare look at her. I sit up and look at the ground. I hear her speak to my father, "Where is my room, that's not Xavier's," I held back a wimper.

Her and dad head inside. Jeremy comes over and helps me up, "Hey man, you alright?" I nod and walk inside and look back at Jeremy, "Have Jen's truck in the garage next to mine," he nodded and left.

I followed my mates sent to the third floor. And down the left hall tell the very end.

I stand and lean on the door frame while she inspects her room. I look down at the floor. Not daring to look at her. I soon sence her eyes on me and she speaks roughly, "Yes Xavier," I still didn't look at her, "I had your truck moved to the garage," but I still don't look at her. She then sighs and I couldnt help but look at her, she looked so broken, "Xavier, you did this to your self. I am going to tell you this only once. I am never going to reject you, but I also never forget. You need to earn my trust back, and quite frankley your doing a horrible job," I couldn't help the small laugh that left me, "I am doing a sloppy job,huh?" she sighes, "Please leave, I need to unpack," I sighed and walked out the door. Walk down as Jeremy passes me. I walk to my room that's two rooms away from Jennifers. Hers is exactly like mine but my kitchens bigger.

I lay down on my bed and think, what to do what to do. I almost drift off to sleep when Jen and Jer go down the hall and I hear Jen's keys. I sigh. My bestfriend gets the girl.

I nearly fall off my bed when something jumps on me. I looked down and see Caleb. I smiled. But he just layed on me. I decided to go back to sleep when I barley catch Caleb speak, "Mommy misses you. She's just sad. She will forgive you. Just be nice," I pet the top of his head. I see my dad at the door and he looks bumbed. I can tell Caleb has grown on him quite quickly. I smirk. And dad turns and walks away. I then slowly drift into darkness

:Dream:

I am running in the woods again. Am I having another dream with Jennifer? I run around when I catch a sent I havnt smelled in years.... mom... I follow it as fast as I can tell I reach a cliff and I see Jennifers wolf... with another male... I growl but they don't move.... I walk closer but still nothing. I then hear Jen is crying. I go to pick her up but I fall threw her. I look at her sad face, "Nicolas I can't find him... I am so scared...." the man known as Nicolas speaks, "Don't worry, we will find Xavier soon," she shook her head, "They want me... not him... he told them of my power," Nicolas looked angry, "He did what! Does he want you to be killed?" She shook her head, "I don't know... but Nic.... I feel so empty without him," my eyes began to water and I shout, "Jennifer! I am right here!" I wave a hand in her face, "What if I never find Xavier, I'll wither away and die. I love him. I cant I carry on with his child alone," I froze... what.... this must be a nightmare...
