Part. 28

NO ONE'S POV:

Nare stared at the floor or more specifically at the towel that jeongin just thrown. Her pupil is shaking, too scared of the younger at this time.

She has so many to say and so many things too explain but seeing the younger like this, she knows she messed up so bad.

"NARE!!" the girl flinch by the mere sound of her name being called out.

She slowly raise her head just to see a very res face by none other than jeongin's. "I ASKED YOU!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!?!" Nare slide her back down onto the wall a bit.

"I-i-i just....j-just wanted to see y-you" her course cracking up. Her eyes started to get teary. She thought she'll manage to take a whole of herself preventing from crying.

Jeongin let out a cute chuckle. Not a cute one but a sarcastic one.

He back away a bit from the girl in front of him. Seeing the effects he have on the other makes him feels slightly guilty. But he shook that feelings off.

'Why would I feel guilty? I've done nothing wrong. She deserves this' jeongin thought.

"I-i..."

Jeongin look at the girl again. She tried to stand straight properly but the nerves on herself is still visible. You can see her shoulder is shaking a bit.

Jeongin is having the urge to hold her shoulder and calm her down but who get the best of him.

"You what?" Jeongin ask coldly. No emotion can be sense I'm his voice. "I-i came to s-see you... How you've been doing while I'm not h-here." Nare try to collect all the courage that left in her and look straight into jeongin eyes. But that just make her regret doing it.

Jeongin eyes look so intimidating. It's not fiery but you can see that he's angry.

"Huh?! To see ME?!???!" Jeongin let out sarcastically. "You really think it's a good thing to come and see me after what you've done?!??"

Nare froze up at the statement. She is scared if whatever she'll say are gonna make the boy in front of her more mad. But she knows she can't run from this anymore. She need to apologise and clear everything up with him.

She knows she can't run forever.

As she shook all the negative thoughts off her mind, she breathe in and stand up straight properly, without shaking too much. "Yes jeongin, I-i did came to see you" she mentally slap herself for stuttering.

"You know? Ever since I left you, I've been living in guilt. I know you are suffering with the fact that I've left you but... I just can't do it anymore at that time. I was too selfish I know. at that time you were so...fragile. I need to take care of you mostly everytime. And with you having to take care of hanyu make you more weak. You cried with every little things that stress you out. At first I did thought being three years older than you means I have to take care of you but the longer I did that, I became tired. I got bored. And at that time I know I can't do it anymore. That is why I left you. I am so sorry jeongin. I was being too selfish. I really am sorry."

At the time nare finish her explanation, her eyes are full with tears. One more blink and it will flow down to her cheeks.

Jeongin just stood there, speechless. He doesn't know that the old him is such a burden to the older. But still she aren't wrong when she said she's selfish. Her action are so selfish.

But jeongin being the jeongin he is, he is not that cruel to not forgive people. Actually he has forgiven nare long time ago, a few month after she left him.

But he also can't forget what her action done to his life. He tried hard to think and processing on every word that nare have said.

He take a few steps back and bend down to reach the towel on the floor. "Look noona..." Jeongin stand straight up again while looking at nare.

"It's been awhile since I heard that word come out from your mouth." Nare said chuckling while wiping her tears that has drop awhile ago.

"Yea..." Jeongin rub his nape. "Anyways noona...I..I actually have forgave you, ever since you left me but,,,,I must say if you want to be back in my life...I must say that it's.... it's difficult " jeongin whisper the last part.

He scared that he might hurt the older more. "I know it is hard for you but please.... I really want to redeem my mistake for you."

Nate take all her courage that is still in her and step forward to the latter. Jeongin raise his right hand up, signalling the older to not approach him more.

"I'll try but please don't force anything on me " jeongin turn around and go back to his spot before nare came in. "Thank you jeongin-ah" Nate smile.

She mentally congrats herself for successfully apologies to the younger and not letting this opportunity go wasted.

*On the other hand*

"It's almost an hour. You're sure they're fine?" Joonyoung being the mother he is are worried about nare and jeongin in the shelter in front of them.

"Are you sure this is the right idea hyung?" Hanyu ask. He kept wandering in front of the for 30 minutes now. They could hear a few shouting from inside the shelter but they decide to let it be

"Hanyu don't worry okay? I'm sure this is the best for him. You also know how jeongin sometimes miss nare noona and talk about her right? We'll give them 15 more minutes and then we'll enter okay?"

Jisung walk to hanyu and rub his back. Hanyu can just nod in agreement on what jisung said. Although jisung weren't there when nare left them but, jeongin trust him more than others.

He might look crazy but he is one of the reliable and trusted human in the world. Jeongin knotted jisung since he was ten and jisung was eleven at that time. It was almost two weeks after nare left that time and jeongin was like a wet paper.

One small wrong move could tear him apart.

But no one knows what happened in those two weeks but after that jeongin suddenly became normal again, and most importantly, stronger.

He look like a different person but better. He protect hanyu at all cost. If before they people punk on him for being a weakling but after the changes, no one ever do that again.

Jeongin became braver. But all hanyu knows is that after the changes jeongin become closer to jisung. Hanyu break out from his memory (or thought idk sorry) when he heard Jisung's voice.

"Let's go." He said.

Hanyu waddle to jisung while trying to hide behind yedam besides him. "Ready?" Chan ask.

Everyone nod in sync and Chan took that to push the door open, revealing jeongin and nare sit not too far and not too close to each other, talking and laughing.

"I guess we did it" Joonyoung and minho say at the time.
