Xena's POV
It was kind of a change since Caleb came back. I felt a light feeling in my chest because he accepted me fully as myself. It was a kind of happy thing that happened in the middle of craziness. It was good. I like the thought...

I was in my room when I wake up. I looked around seeing the dark room. My eyes landed on the clock and it was 12:13PM.

I gulped feeling my throat thirsty. I sighed and stood. Since it's midnight I might as well get myself a drink. I took my jacket and walked slowly out of my room.

I decided to checked the kids in their room. I first went to and opened the door. I smiled when I looked at her pinkish sleeping face. She was hugging a teddy bear and completely covered with blanket.

I walked to her and kissed her forehead slowly. After that I turn off the lamp beside her and walked quietly out. I took a last look on her and took off.

Next I went to Laura's room and opened the door Slowly. I smirked as she was sleeping like a bear mattress. Her hand and legs stretched around the bed. Her face was so crunch that her mouth is opened and completely snoring.

I walked closer to her and caress her head and kissed her forehead. "Night bacon." I whispered ad she suddenly budged. "Yesss...Xena. Give me bacon." She said sleep talking. I chuckled quietly and whispered. "Tomorrow I'll give you some." I said and her faced relaxed and smiled a little.

I pulled her blanket to her body. I turned the lamp off and went out. I look back again and smiled. I slowly closed the door. "Why are you still awake?" I was startled when someone said that and I look at him in his shining grey eyes.

"Can you not sneak up to me like that. I might kill you." I whispered and he smirked. "I'll be careful." He said and I rolled my eyes at his teasing tone. I stand straight and look at him in the eye. "How about you? It's midnight why are you still awake?" I said and tilt his head pointing outside.

"I was taking a patrol since it's too quiet." He said and I crossed my arms. "Do you to take care of the kids since it's too quiet?" I said and he furrowed his eyes. "I'd rather not." He said and I chuckled.

"You haven't answered my question." He said and I look at him with a questionable look. He sighed and I remembered what he said and gave an O expression.  "I got thirsty so I was about to get some drink. Want one?" I asked and he nodded as his lips half smiled. "Please." He said and I smirked.
"Wait for me at the giant tree." I said and he nodded.

I went to the kitchen and was surprised to see a man dressed in lab coat. He had blonde hair. He was looking for something so I might as well help.
"Excuse me." I said and he immediately looked at me surprised with his shiny blue eyes. He is wearing glasses. His body is a firm and a little built but not like Links.

I looked at him with a friendly approach and he stood straight and looked at me with embarrassment. "Sorry I was just getting some coffee." He said with a manly voice. I smiled. "Let me." I said and walked to him as he blocked me declining the offer.

"Oh no please don't bother yourself with me miss Xena. It's ok I can make it on my own." He said with embarrassment and I smiled by his cuteness. I pushed him lightly away and his eyes widened. "No, I insist. I was going to make one for me and my friend. By the way how come you know my name?" I said and he looked straight at me.

"You are quite popular here Ms. Xena." He said and my eyebrow raised. "Ohh really? So what's the gossip?" I said jokingly but of coarse I want to know since to other people I'm just a nobody. "Well we saw something very different in you so we respect you." I half smiled at him and he smiled cheerfully.
