Aurelia frowned, watching as Damon held a complete stranger captive- Mr. Sikes. She looked around, hoping to find a way to communicate. Her eyes lit up, having found his switched-on phone sitting next to him.
She quickly made her way to it, before opening up the keyboard. Damon noticed this, frowning. "Enzo, you need to have patience." She let out a breath of relief as the phone responded to her fingers. She began to type her name in. "Aurelia... Aurelia? You're here?" He looked back at the screen.
Yes. What are you doing?
"Even with death, she refuses to make mistakes with grammar." He mumbled, before glancing at Mr. Sikes. "This man has a Traveler passengered in him." Aurelia frowned, before Damon looked back at the bank account manager, or whatever Mr. Sikes was. "What's up, Blondie?" He suddenly asked.
"He has brown hair." Aurelia said, before spinning around to see the door open. "Oh, Caroline." She said, her expression dampening.
"Oh my God! Mr. Sikes?!" Caroline exclaimed.
"You know him?" Damon asked.
"Yeah! He helped me open my first savings account! He gave me a lollipop."
"Well, unfortunately, he is occupied by some low life traveler. I saw him and some buddies chanting in the town square last night." He turned to look back at Mr. Sikes. "I also know that Markos and your traveler comrades are planning some big, flashy spell to undo some super boring, ancient, witch curse."
"Wait, what?!" Aurelia exclaimed in confusion.
"Oh, you didn't know?" Silas asked, suddenly appearing to behind her. She jumped, before looking at him.
"What spell do they wanna undo?" She asked.
"Uh, the spell that keeps vampires alive....?" He slowly stated, although it ended as a question. She looked him in the eye, telling him to fess up. "Well, long story short: they hate witches and thus what the Original Witch created: vampires. They've found a way to undo all witch magic."
"So, you mean the magic that bring vampires back to life?"
"Yeah, it just strips them of their life, by turning them human and finally killing them the way they died pre-transition." He explained, making her cringe.
"So, I would die from labor?" She asked.
"Yeah." He said, eyeing her. "You have kids?"
"Long story." She said, before turning around to look back at Damon at the mention of Stefan and Elena. She frowned yet again, before typing in a few more words into his keyboard.
"What about Stefan and Elena?" Damon read.
"Wait, who's typing?" Caroline asked. Damon turned around again to look at her. "Is it Enzo?"
"It's... your sister." Caroline's eyes widened as she frantically looked around. "Anyway, 'Lia, we've hit a little bump. Markos took Stefan and Elena, so we're desperately trying to locate them." Aurelia groaned in annoyance, kicking his leg. "Hey! Ow!"
"God, Markos is probably gonna kill them!" She exclaimed, pacing around as she placed a hand on her head. "Why did I have to die? I could've located them! And now, Stefan's gonna be stuck here, in a place that's only for sinners like you and me- no offense." She added, looking up at Silas, who shrugged it off. "I hate this. Why the hell was I greedy enough to go to Markos in the first place?!"
"Hey, you got used to the magic. You felt like a piece of yourself was missing, so you followed instinct." He explained, trying to calm her down.
"But- but Stefan!" She defended. "He's getting tortured now, and it hurts to even think about it!" She exclaimed, curling her fingers around her head.
