"You're such an idiot," I scolded Chris as I dabbed some alcohol on the cut that was now adorning his face.

"At least we won," he laughed, watching in amusement as I rolled my eyes.

"Barely," I scoffed, "you only got lucky because they ran out of bottles."

"Wait a second," Chris pulled back slightly to get a better look at me, "were you worried about me?"

I felt my cheeks heat up slightly, but I pushed it away.

"You wish," I replied before standing up and grabbing my bags, "I'll be going home now."

"I'll drive you," he was about to stand up but I shook my head.

"No need, I called my driver," I smiled before exiting his house and getting into the car.

The only thing I needed right now was some sleep.

**

"Bethany, you have a visitor," my sister called from downstairs. I frowned slightly as I didn't recall making any plans.

I made my way downstairs before stopping as I stared at the person in front of me.

"What are you doing here?" I questioned Chris as I approached him slowly.

"I was in the neighborhood so I decided to pass by and visit you," he smiled, rocking back and forth on his feet.

"Oh," was all I said as we both stood there, looking at each other, before I sighed, "follow me."

We walked upstairs and into my room. Chris looked around and inspected my room, chuckling lightly at my rubber ducky plushy.

"Rubber ducky, you're the one," he began to sing, causing me to let out a laugh, "you make bath time so much fun."

"You're such a child," I joked, watching as he smiled over at me.

"Says the one that owns a rubber ducky plushy."

"Whatever," I smiled, looking away from him and looking around my room. Not once had I ever payed attention to how badly I needed an upgrade until this moment.

"So," Chris began, taking a seat on my bed, "how have you been?"

"I've been okay," I shrugged, "I've been going to school mostly, learning the ropes to my family's business."

"Boring," he chuckled, "do you do anything for fun?"

"I read."

Chris stared at me for a few seconds before getting up and walking towards me, bending down in front of me.

"Get ready, I'll come pick you up in an hour," he stated before heading towards my door.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked curiously.

"We're going on our first official date," he smiled, his dimples making an appearance, "I hope you like amusement parks," he told me before exiting my room, leaving me alone with my thoughts.

It took me five minutes to realize what had just happened, I was officially going on my first date with Christopher Bang. The fifteen-year-old Bethany would be freaking out right now.

**

"You look cute," Chris smiled as he looked at my outfit while we waited in line for a rollercoaster ride.

I looked down at my outfit and frowned, I was wearing basic black jeans with a white hoodie and a jean jacket, my yellow vans adding a nice contrast, "really? But it's such a basic outfit."

He just shrugged while smiling, "regardless, you still look cute."

I couldn't help but smile at him, noticing the way my stomach flipped at his compliment, "thanks."

"You're not going to compliment my outfit?" he questioned as he posed for me.

I looked at his denim jeans which he had paired with a grey hoodie and black jacket, his high-top vans completing the look. I shook my head, sending him a small smile, "nope," and with that being said, I pushed passed him and towards the ride that awaited us.

"Meanie," he grumbled, sitting next to me as he fastened his seatbelt, sending me a small glare. I only laughed before facing forward, tonight was definitely the most fun I've had in a while and I had Chris to thank.

**

"No way!" I whined, looking up at the ride Chris wanted to go on.

"But it's so much fun," he whined back, pleading me with his eyes.

I looked back at the ride and couldn't help but shake my head. The ride was a two seater that took you up as high as the ferris wheel while spinning you.

"Sorry but I'm going to pass," I shrugged, watching as Chris pouted, "why don't you go on it, and I'll wait here for you."

Chris thought about it for a while before nodding, "okay, but don't go anywhere!"

I chuckled as I took a seat on a bench in front of the ride, "I promise I won't."

He sent me a smile before heading off towards the line, it would take him about fifteen minutes before he could get on.

I took out my phone, messaging Abby about how my date was going so far when I noticed her.

Madison Henderson.

She was in line behind Chris and I watched as she made small talk with him, laughing as he most likely made a joke. Seeing her flip her hair as she got closer to him and effortlessly flirted with him.

Madison was always the girl every guy wanted. She was tall, petite, and had bright green eyes. She wasn't what everyone pictured the perfect girl to be, she was actually pretty tough and was very athletic.

I tried to not let it get to me, but I knew I had to do something when I watched her place her hand on Chris's arm and sent him a flirty smile. I stood up and made my way over, walking past the protesting people who said I couldn't cut them in line.

As I got closer to them, I watched as Chris laughed at something she said before looking up and locking eyes with me.

"Well what a surprise," he smiled as I walked over and stood next to him, "I thought you didn't want to get on this ride."

"Yeah well, I changed my mind," I smiled as I looked over at Madison, noticing the way she sent me a glare, "oh hey Madison, I didn't see you there."

That was a lie, and I could tell Chris knew that when he sent me an amused smile.

"Nice to see you again Bethany," she smiled at me, knowing very well that it was a fake smile, "it has been so long since I last saw you."

"Yeah well, not long enough apparently," I smiled, scooting closer to Chris who was currently trying to hold in his laughter.

"So, you two know each other?" she questioned, looking back and forth between Chris and I.

I couldn't contain the smile that was now on my face as Chris wrapped his arm around my waist, "of course we do," he smiled before turning to look at me, "she is my fiancé after all."

^^

I kind of freaked out with the last part...I wish someone would say that about me :) even though I wrote this story, I can't help falling more and more in love with Chris lol
