"Can I just say thank you to Cassidy and Remus for letting us have this at your house?" Remus nodded as Emile smiled. "Ok! Let's eat!" Emile clapped loudly making everyone laugh as they slowly began to dig in. Cassidy kept throwing glances as Roman the whole time and Roman could tell.
"Is everything ok, Cassidy?" The man tensed as he looked away before sighing and nodding. "You sure? You look tense." Remus frowned in confusion as Cassidy laughed a bit.
"I was just wondering about your real thought about me." Roman frowned as he set his fork down onto the plate. "As much as I personally prefer the director title, I am an actor. I know when people are lying to me."
"Cassi..."
"What are real thoughts about me, Roman?" Cassidy's eyes darted to the cake and sighed as he shook his head. "I kinda need to know."
"I don't know you." Cassidy frowned as Roman shrugged. "But that is completely my own fault. Cassidy, I have no problems with your relationship with my brother. I know that if it were in any way shape or form toxic or destructive Patton, Virgil, and even Remy would have stopped it. Considering Patton is your own twin I'd say he would've slapped you upside the head." Cassidy laughed as Patton gasped. "I may not know you but I know of you and I know your family... or well your brother. I doubt you're in any capacity bad for Remus. Plus from what I heard you both are in a very serious relationship." Roman's eyes flashed as he grabbed his cup and smiled softly. "I'm happy for you both. I should have met you long ago. I apologize for that."
"You really don't care about this at all?" Remus was concerned and confused at this point. Cassidy seemed to be pushing for a specific answer. "Our relationship..."
"Cassidy if you looking for my blessing you have it." The whole table went absolutely silent as Cassidy's eyes shined. "I am more than happy to give it. Just as long as Remus is happy."
"I am..." Roman smiled as he took a sip from his drink.
"Well, then that's all that matters." Cassidy smiled as he grabbed a cake and passed it over to Remus.
"What?" Cassidy rolled his eyes as he got up and passed out a cake to everyone.
"I spent all night baking these so if there bad... don't tell me." The table laughed as Roman instantly dug into his. Remus broke down in a fit of giggles as Roman shot him a look.
"What?"
"Still doing dessert first, I see?" Roman shrugged as he continued to eat.
"If it's offered why the heck not?"
"True." Remus cut into his and froze up as his knife hit something. Cassidy tensed as he stuffed his face with a hamburger. Everyone tensed up as Remus slowly set the knife down to pick the little item out of the cake. His eyes went wide as his hand shook.
"You fucking didn't." Cassidy tensed up even more as he swallowed everything in one anxious gulp. "Cassidy I swear to fucking god. If this is what I think it is..."
"What?" Remus held up a silver ring and everyone just gasped. No wonder Cassidy was so pushy about Roman's feelings on the matter. Roman frowned as Remus actually started to tear up.
"I fucking hate you." Cassidy frowned as he looked over to see Remus shaking. "How dare you..."
"Babe?" Remus gripped the ring tightly as he turned over to glare at his boyfriend.
"How dare you try to propose to me when I WAS GOING TO DO IT!" Cassidy's eyes went wide as Remus pulled a small black box from his pocket and shoved it into Cassidy's hands. "It's so not fair, Caz! You didn't even give me a chance. I was gonna ask you after we ate... You beat me to it!"
"AWWWW!" Patton squealed as Cassidy started to cry.
"Hey... At least I don't have to drown them in coffee now." Remy smirked as Roman gripped his cup so tightly he was pretty sure he was going to break it. Virgil frowned as he watched Remus pull Cassidy in for a kiss, slipping the ring on as he cried with joy. Virgil's hand went towards his own as his eyes glanced over at Roman, only to see the man holding back tears.
"Roman..." The actor jumped up ignoring Virgil as he walked right into the house.
"Is he upset over..." Remus shook his head hoping to calm his fiance down as he sighed.
"No, it's not us." He glanced over at Virgil who was just staring off after his prince. "Virgil... your phone." Virgil nodded as he pulled his cell out and frowned not seeing anything from Roman. Kai had told him that he had to get a new one because he broke his the night Virgil ended things. But considering how many times Roman has texted him after that Virgil knew he still had his number. "Has he..."
"No nothing." Patton's eyes narrowed as Virgil set his phone on the table with a sigh. "I'm sure everything is..." Virgil's phone went off making Remus and him both pale. Virgil picked it up with shaking hands and his heart just dropped.

"Virgil..." Virgil stuffed his phone into his pocket as he started to get up and Remus frowned. "Virgil!"
"Where would Roman go if he was upset?" Remus's eyes went wide as he looked over at the house.
"Depends... If he's annoyed or angry he'd go to his room but... that an office now." Remus frowned more as he looked back over at Virgil. "If he was sad he'd go to the bathroom."
"Thanks." Virgil started for the house when Patton grabbed his arm to stop.
"Kiddo, what's wrong?" Virgil pulled his arm free before smiling down at the fatherly man.
"I have to go help my prince for once."
