I'm dreaming of a White Diamond Christmas

"Maybe the Diamonds could come for Christmas it'll be their first." Steven said walking with Spinel along the beach. "They'd like it, I'd even take the warp pad and tell them all about it." Spinel said with a bounce in her step. "That could be good and maybe we'll celebrate Christmas as a whole family and hope for less disaster for all of us."

"I told you I was sorry already for almost killing you and everyone with that injector of mine. How many times do I gotta apologize for that, sheesh." The pink gem lays back on the sand staring up at the sky.

"It's okay, Spinel and even Santa would understand." Steven sat next to her in the sand rubbing her head.

"Do you think he brings presents to gems too?" He nods at her. "He doesn't only bring presents to kids but for adults and gems too even pets get gifts. It's funny, Peridot asked me that same question when I stopped by Little Homeworld to see how's everyone getting ready for Christmas and she may need a little more understanding."

Spinel sat up a little looking back at Steven with a smile. "I gotta tell the Diamonds about Christmas!"

She leaps to her feet running to the warp pad with every squeak in her step race to the house.

This is gonna be a long day.

"Steven!" 3 voices came up seeing the Diamonds with their pearls come out from White's ship. Spinel was sitting on Yellow Diamond's shoulder waving at him.

"Blue, Yellow, White, what a surprise." He felt a bead of sweat lightly take form seeing them again.

"Is it true, Steven, that a voluptous human delivers gifts to all including gems?" Blue Diamond asked holding out her hand for him to climb up on.

"Yeah, I bet Spinel told you what I explained to her." Steven said being on Blue's hand bringing him to Yellow and White's view.

"So Christmas is not a type of gem?" White Diamond said getting a direct confirmation from Steven.

"No, Christmas is not a type of gem. It's actually a holiday here we celebrate on Earth."

"That sounds wonderful." Blue Pearl said in her soft demure voice.

"Steven the way Spinel explained it to us was pretty humorous." Yellow Diamond tells him.

"Steven would you let us celebrate this Christmas with you?" White asked him. "Would you Steven?" Blue asked looking like she was gonna cry which caused the other two diamonds, Spinel, their pearls amd Steven to be affected.

"Y-Yes, yes you can, please don't cry." Steven rubbed his eyes, drying his flowing tears. "So I'll see you on Christmas Eve."

Yellow Pearl sets to getting a reminder. "Um... Pink Steven, what day is Christmas Eve?"

"December 24th." He takes out his phone showing a calender pointing to the 24th of the month, "and Christmas Day, is the 25th." Yellow Pearl nods putting that in. "I've set a notification for both days already, My Diamond." She said saluting Yellow. "That's fine Pearl." Yellow Diamond tells her.

"Do we bring gifts?" Blue Pearl asks. "You can and it's also part of another Christmas activity, we exchange them with one another. Just remember that it's the thought that counts." Steven tells Blue Pearl.
