A Crystal Gem Christmas

There was a Christmas party at Little Homeworld and it's in full swing with twinkling lights, ugly sweaters, a semi-picture perfect Christmas tree and lots and lots of music. The Diamonds look around at the scenery and Steven making sure that everyone's having a good time at the party.

"You designed it yourself?" The gold freckled Lapis Lazuli asked Lapis. "Sure did, I could design one for you, I did one for Peridot." She points over to the green gem using a Santa tracker on her smart tablet showing the others around her. "So it tracks Santa Claus?" Asks Snowflake Obsidian. "It does and it's in the name after all and it can pinpoint an accurate location to his wherabouts."

Amethyst and the Famethyst are having a good time and an eggnog drinking contest with Onion watching next to Larimar.

"This party's bringing everyone together." Greg arrived with an Lapis Lazuli custom-made ugly sweater. "It sure is, even the Diamonds too."  White Diamond looked impressed at the sight these gems are enjoying. Might be the biggest highlight to Era 3.

Pearl and Volleyball were by the Christmas tree talking together. "Did you think Pink liked Christmas before?" She asked Pearl. "I believe so and she loved such a human holiday, the snow, the traditions, basically everything."

Spinel seemed to be having fun lightly with a gingerbread man in her hands and wearing a Santa hat.

Holly Blue Agate was trying to grasp at the whole Christmas concept while seeing the Famethyst cheering Amethyst on in chugging a whole crystal glass bowl of eggnog.

"Is this a peculiar tradition?" Yellow Pearl and Blue Pearl were staring at a pickle shaped ornament on the Christmas tree. "I see you found the Christmas pickle. It's a tradition of German origin." Connie explains that whover finds the pickle shaped ornament gets extra presents.

Meanwhile, up in the sky, the sound of jingling sleigh bells could be hears as 8 magic reindeer pull a sleigh.

"Lighting up in 3, 2," Peridot connects two plugs making Little Homeworld shine brighter than last time.

"Ho, ho, OH MY GOODNESS! MY EYES! I can't see!"
The sleigh's driver loses control and the reindeer take a nosedive down, down, to Little Homeworld but before intense impact the reins were pulled and the landing got a little smoother as thought.

The residents of Little Homeworld gasped in awe at the sudden surprise. "What was that?" The Crystal Gems take a few cautious steps until the snow cleared to reveal... Santa Claus himself, jolly old St. Nick, Kris Kringle.

"Santa is that you?" Steven had his shield at the ready. "Yes and you must be Steven Universe, 17 years old, half-gem and has done a lot good for both gems and humans. Steven steps back lowering his shield awestruck this is really Santa Claus.

"Come now, Steven, you're never too old to sit on ol' Santa's lap." He approaches the jolly old elf in his sleigh and sat on his lap. "Sorry, I haven't done this since I was a kid."
"It's quite all right."
"What brings you here?" Santa explains to the half-gem teenager that he was delivering presents in Beach City and was about to make a stop at Little Homeworld until there was a sudden flash of bright colorful light that stunned him and the reindeer and thankfully did not get blinded and crashed here.

Peridot stared at the plugs in her hands and quickly drops them in the snow and gets behind Yellow Diamond.

Steven looks up at White Diamond. "Oh dear, I didn't mean stun you, I can't help being so radiant.

Santa shields his eyes from White's radiant shining light. "It was not you, White Diamond though you look brighter than any set of Christmas lights and I mean that as a compliment. It was literal lights that did it."

Lapis takes hold of Lapis who hid behind Yellow Diamond.  "She did it."
"No one likes a tattler." Peridot said rubbing her arm.

"Don't worry, we'll handle delivering the gifts from here." Said Garnet.

"Future vision." Steven tells him.

"Santa! Santa is that really you?!" Greg ran over at the commotion.
"It is dad, and it looks like I'm saving Christmas." Amethyst shapeshifts into a reindeer. "Don't worry, Santa, me and the Famethyst are ready to pull your sleigh!"

So quick as a flash, Steven and the Crystal Gems get to helping Santa in his aid having Pearl take the reins.

"Santa what can I do?" Peridot said raising her hand.

Peridot was treating to the reindeer she almost blinded with her light display while the other gems were with Santa.

Spinel's eyes were side seeing him in the flesh. "SANTA!!!"

"There's Empire City!" The gems got to delivering presents there and stopping by a venue where Sadie Killer and the Suspects were doing a Christmas concert leaving each of them a gift backstage.

"Merry Christmas to all!" Cried Steven.
"Last stop, Little Homeworld, onward Famethyst!"

They retuned to Little Homeworld right on time looking to see what tomorrow would hold for all of them.
