A Crystal Gem Christmas

A Grinch called Jasper

"Everyone thinks this "Christmas" is so amazing, I don't see what has to do with a gem type." She mutters under her breath seeing how the news of Christmas coming has spread like wildfire in the Little Homeworld gem community exciting its residents what with Bismuth's metal Christmas tree made by her, Peridot making sure that Santa doesn't forget Little Homeworld, Lapis Lazuli wondering why ugly Christmas sweaters are well... ugly and many more things.

"Can't they see that Christmas is nothing but a great big hoax?!" The formerly corrupted gem punch a hole through a nearby tree with a growl.

Spinel was singing to her heart's content with a squeak in her step telling the resident gems about Santa Claus and bringing presents to all including gems. This really brought out the Christmas spirit to a lot of gemfolk. "Can't wait to see Santa can you?" Bismuth said with a light laugh. "Nope, I hope I get to see him."

"Figures because even there are kids at Beach City who are thinking the same thing, staying up all night to see if the big guy will make his way down the chimney to leave gifts."

"He goes down the chimney, why doesn't he take the warp pad and get in easy?" Spinel cocks her pigtailed head at Bismuth.

"It doesn't work that way and we know how loud warp pads get and I doubt he can work a warp pad. Beside's Chimneys are quieter than warp pads."

At the gem temple home, Spinel was doing her own little sense of decorating the fireplace to make it look nice for Santa and adding a welcome sign she drew herself by the tree.

Pacing out at her home, Jasper was wondering on how to get every gem on Little Homeworld to shut up about this whole Christmas thing and see how it was pegged as nothing bit a ruse, a scam, a front, a mere tall tale made up by humans and she is determined to do it all one way or another to prove that Santa is not real and that Christmas is a big dumb holiday invented by humans and there's nothing to be all so darn happy about.
