The Grinchy once corrupted now healed gem could hear lots of joy in Christmas' arrival. How can she make it stop coming to Little Homeworld?
"Just a little to the left."
"Aren't the signs you made a little too much, Santa won't forget Little Homeworld." Lapis was struggling with a sign made by Peridot which read "This way to Little Homeworld ➡️" with LED Christmas lights and a blinking neon arrow.
"Almost there," the green gem was at the top of the tree after climbing up with the sign and making sure it won't fall off from the tree. "It seems secure now hand me that adhesive roll." Lapis held a roll of clear packaging tape on her wrist giving it to Peridot as she secures her sign. "Steven's gonna need it back for that gift wrapping lesson he and the others are gonna be doing."
After taping the sign, Peridot climbs back down from the tree to follow Lapis back.
"I'm gonna show those gems there's nothing special about "Christmas" even if I have to put an end to it all myself!" She snarls kicking the tree with such brute force making the taped sign fall off and to her feet. She picks it up seeing Peridot's sign and breaks it in half against her knee losing their light and glow from the string of lights and neon arrow. She conjures up a plan to crush the Spirit of Christmas from every gem, including Steven and the Crystal Gems.
