You were scrolling thorough your mentions. There were more than a thousand and you were trying to read every single one of them. You skipped the hate and retweeted and/or favorited the nicer ones. One tweet caught your eye that made you scream your lungs out. When Chris heard you scream he came running from wherever he was to see if you were okay.
“What happened?” he asked.
“NATHAN SYKES TWEETED ME,” you screamed so loud that Chris had to cover his ears.
“Yayy…so what?” Chris asked unamused by your reaction.
“HE CALLED ME BEAUTIFUL,” you said dancing around the room.
Chris did not like this and immediately went to check what Nathan had exactly tweeted. It was a reply to a question a fan had asked him;
@FTN: @NathanSykes who is your celebrity crush at the moment?
@NathanSykes: @FTN I have a crush on @YTN right now. She’s not a celeb but I think she’s really fit and beautiful xx
Chris frowned when he saw this. At that moment you replied to the tweet as well;
@YTN: @NathanSykes you’re not too bad yourself xoxo
Chris was furious now. He quickly tweeted;
@ChrisOfficial_: @YTN @NathanSykes YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND Y/N!!!
You looked at him from across the room and laughed. You walked over too him and said, “He’s just my celebrity crush. I love you.”
Chris was satisfied with this and smiled. But within a few seconds your mentions kept blowing up. This was going to be the talk of the town for a really long time.
