Christmas Time-Reece One Shot for Lauren ❤

Reece was on tour and could not come home for Christmas. The Christmas tree was up, house was decorated and Lauren's outfit picked, but no Reece. He was supposed to come home but there was a last minute change in plans, the boys had to put up a special performance for kids fighting cancer at a hospital. To say Lauren were disappointed was an understatement. She was happy for the kids, but she wasn't happy that he wasn't with her.

Lauren didn't want to spend Christmas alone so she called Lyndsay (Reece's mom) and asked her if she could come over. Lyndsay was ecstatic. Lauren texted Reece telling him where she would be so that he wouldn't be worried about her. It was a short drive to the Bibby's house and once there you apologized once again to Lyndsay for intruding, but Lyndsay was more than happy that she was there. Lauren was having an amazing time. She got along with Reece's family really well. She helped Lexi (Reece's sister) to pick out an outfit for the night and she also helped Lyndsay with dinner. Just as dinner was about to be served there was a knock on the door and Lauren went to open it. When Lauren opened the door you saw the skinniest Santa that Lauren had ever seen. Reece was dressed up as a really cute Santa. He even had a long white beard on.

"Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas my fair damsel," he said with a deep voice.

"Are you supposed to be Santa Claus or one of William Shakespeare's characters!" Lauren asked amused by his,choice of words.

"Is the way you welcome your boyfriend when he comes home?" Reece asked as he entered and Lauren locked the door.

"My boyfriend was not supposed to be home for Christmas. What are you doing here?" she asked, giving him a kiss.

"We finished early so they let us go. Everyone except Chris could go home. He's spending Christmas at Jake's."

"Its good to have you here," Lauren said giving him another kiss right before Lexi entered and gave Reece a big hug. It was going to be a Merry Christmas after all.
