This is the last chapter of the year! I think. I have no schedule oops.

"Hyung, where's the greaseproof paper?"

Seokjin regretted leaving Jungkook on his own for a single minute. He put his phone down and ran to the kitchen, readying himself to witness the mess that Jungkook had made.

He was surprised to peek through the doorway and see the kitchen in perfect condition, and a reindeer-jumper-clad Jungkook with the top half of his body buried in a cupboard.

He was rummaging around for said greaseproof paper, the movement causing the mini bells lining his jumper to jingle quietly. His jumper was a lot cheaper than Seokjin's, his own having a light up button and a small audio player at the sleeve, that played Jingle Bells.

"Greaseproof in the cabinet, Jungkook,"

Jungkook turned around, long hair flailing around his face and bells ringing with every tiny jolt. The two of them and decided to make cookies after they both complained that it was boring without the other five, who would be arriving tomorrow on Christmas day.

He finally retrieved the roll and placed some onto the baking tray. Then he paused.

"Uh, hyung?"

"Yup?"

"We don't have enough room on the baking trays."

Seokjin watched as Jungkook showed him the unfinished bowl of cookie dough, and gesturing to the trays that were full.

The two of them managed to cram some mini cookies around the edges and corners, but no matter how hard they tried, there were still a few spoonfuls of dough left.

Jin watched as Jungkook took the spoon and looked around to Jin to see if he was looking. He was definitely looking.

"No, Jungkook, you'll get sick," he stated simply.

Jungkook's facial expression changed to a disappointed one instantly. He whined,

"But hyuuuuunng! It's only a little bit!"

"Jungkook-"

"So you're telling me you've never eaten cookie dough before?" Jungkook said, challenging Seokjin. Seokjin blinked, not expecting the question. Jungkook smirked,

"I know you want to eat some too, hyung."

The two of them stood by the counter with a spoon, scooping up cookie dough until no more remained. Seokjin had to admit, the cookie dough was really good, and by the time they were finished, the actual cookies were done.

Seokjin took them out and left them to cool whilst Jungkook started up the Nintendo Switch and set up a Mario Kart game.

"Jin-hyung, do you wanna play?" He called to the kitchen. Seokjin entered the living room after putting the cookies on a plate and wrapping them in cling film.

"I'm Baby Mario," he called dibs before sitting down and grabbing his controller.

They played several rounds for about an hour before Jungkook got bored, placing his controller down and picking up the remote.

"Let's watch some Netflix," he said before turning it on and selecting a random show.

A few minutes later, Jungkook heard a painful sounding hiccup, and turned to see Seokjin staring back with surprise.

"Well that was unexpected," he said, looking back to the TV. But then he heard another hiccup and giggled awkwardly, not really knowing what to say about it.
