She really said 1am updates y'all xoxo

When he wakes up he knows today isn't gonna go well. Firstly he gets out of bed and finds that he's forgotten to charge his phone, so it was dead when he checked it. Then he goes for breakfast and meets Seokjin who's tending to a pan full of something that smells too strong for Yoongi's liking. He tries to greet Seokjin good morning and ends up coming out with,
"Morning- ooh! Jungkook! -hyung."

Jungkook walks in at the sound of his name being called, asking,
"Do you need me? Or was it just..." Yoongi looks down and says quietly,
"It was a tic, yeah." Jungkook nods in understanding and flaps his hands a little, going to make a sound but then stopping. And Yoongi copies, flapping his hands more violently than Jungkook and making another few ooh! and ksk! sounds. Seokjin thinks it's cute, smiling fondly at the two of them. Sometimes it felt like their tics were a whole different person within them, and he always couldn't hold back the smile when they started ticking back and forth, almost conversing with each other. Yoongi usually blushes and gets shy but now he just looks down. Seokjin noticed and asked what's wrong and Yoongi shrugged, mumbling,
"Dunno... just a bad day I guess. Jungkook! ah!"

Later that day he went to the studio and worked on the new album for a bit. Then after half an hour he got distracted and sat on the floor with a stress ball and just stared into nothing, ticking frequently. He can hear TXT's music playing faintly from their practice room, which was on the same floor as Yoongi's studio. He started thinking about the stares he got on the way into the building. He sat back on his chair and checked his phone to see if he didn't get the memo for something and then he sees Twitter. He saw the statement BigHit just put out about him. Him having Tourette's Syndrome and autism.

Suddenly everything is blurred and the music from TXT's practice room opposite is blaring through the walls rather than just softly playing and he knows he's having some sort of anxiety attack but the added stress gives him the symptom of a tic attack also and he keeps repeating in his head that they didn't ask him and they didn't ask if he wanted his conditions exposed to the whole world and he starts to rock and hum loudly with his hands over his ears and he-

Stop.

Stop, he tells himself. It doesn't work, obviously. It never does.

He started kicking under his desk, making it jolt and some things fall off the desk. It was really loud and his tics were not helping him prevent the sensory overload, but he can't stop them. He started ticking Jungkook's name again and crying. His skin was crawling and he scratched at his wrists. His muscles were aching already from trying to hold back the kicking. He sobbed a little, starting to breath heavily and craning his neck.

Jungkook was outside TXT's practice room, having just left. He had been talking to the members whilst they practiced and gushed over him. Then he heard small sounds from Yoongi's studio, which wasn't unusual in the slightest. He hears Yoongi squeak and say his name, to which Jungkook's tourettes replies with an ack! tic. But then he hears small coughing and spluttering noises and a more distressed,
"Jungkook!"

It wasn't a tic. Jungkook runs in and sees Yoongi rocking back and forth in his chair, scraping his wrists and kicking the desk, notebooks and figurines falling off and scattering over the floor. He quickly tries to help him before he has a sensory overload and doesn't let him touch him. But Yoongi pushes him away but then curls up in his chair, hugging himself repeatedly, his whole body convulsing. Jungkook is determined to get him out of the chair, so he picks him up with difficulty and lies him on the soft rug, chucking down a few pillows from the sofa and placing them around Yoongi. Yoongi has an almost seizure like episode for a few seconds, jerking violently and hugging himself and constantly making squeaky uh! sounds.
