20. The Friend

/Daegu / 2010 - 2013/

For the first time in his life, the world felt soo huge. He searched for her everywhere. But, it was obviously not that simple or easy.

In his mind, Jin's words would float, but he still continued his crummy little jobs of stealing. It was a purposeless act, that somehow really brought ease and discomfort to Jimin at the same time.

He'd sometimes sell away the things that he had stolen. But anyways, he afforded his living with the money he made by working in the bakery, that was situated just a couple of blocks away from where he stayed.

However, only with the money that Seok Jin sent him monthly, he was able to go to the Public school. Jimin was really thankful to Jin for that, because there, was the place, where he met his friend, Hoseok.

Hoseok was really kind and he was full of positive energy that rose from the bottom of his good-humoured heart, one can say. His soul was always as happy as a clam at high water. Jimin loved to be around him.

Jimin would often go to his house. They'd hang out together or just do something. They'd talk, laugh and sometimes even cry together.

But, Hoseok made it clear that he could only stay was with him for about a year because, it was pre-planned in his house for Hoseok to continue his education at Seoul.

Daegu was also the place where he met his friend, Piper. But she was with them for a very short period of time. Jimin, always felt at ease when they three were together. Because the loneliness would somehow perish, when he was surrounded by the people who cared about him.

But circumstances made them both to leave Jimin too. So, the next two years, Jimin was again alone. But at times, the feeling of being alone was something he was used to.

Though Hoseok moved to a different city, he would often call Jimin and talk. Everytime Hoseok called him, he wanted to leave to Seoul to meet his friend but, he had to finish his high school which was of 2 years. So, he wasn't just able to leave the place, right away.

But in the two years time, he had acknowledged many things, the things that existed in him, even without his knowledge. When his formal schooling was over, he was ready for his Seoul journey to start.
