I can't believe I've had this rantbook for like five months and I haven't done a list of my pet peeves. What is this?!
Here they are anyway, in no particular order:
1) People using "gay" as an insult or derogatory adjective.
Seriously stop. It's insulting to gay people, it makes you sound stupid, and OBJECTS, ACTIONS, OR ANY OTHER SEXLESS ITEM CANNOT BE GAY BECAUSE THE DEFINITION OF GAY IS ATTRACTED TO THE SAME SEX THANK YOU.
2) When one of my family members comes into my room but leaves the door open when they leave
Are you serious, like it's not that hard. I promise. I'm busy and you can try to have the common courtesy to shut a teenage girl's door.
3) People complaining about things they choose to do
I'm sorry that you spent the day volunteering at the voting boxes. But stop complaining because (1) I don't care and (2) it was your choice.
4) Tangly hair
Oh my gosh I just can't stand tangly hair. I bring a brush to school when I wear my hair down.
5) Spoilers
Don't even get me started on spoilers. I mean, what kind of soulless demon spoils the ending of books and/or movies?!
6) "I'll tell you later"
NO. NO YOU WON'T. YOU'RE LYING AND YOU KNOW IT SO JUST TELL ME NOW.
7) Teachers assigning homework after the bell
Who do you think you are like no.
8) "Hey remember when you liked ____?"
If I wasn't nice I would soooo flip you off right now.
9) People giving you crap about something insignificant that happened forever ago
This is similar to the last one but also different. Seriously though, I screw up ONE TIME and my life is ruined.
10) When people try to get into my personal life
I have two words: STAY. OUT.
