- When It Rains, It Pours -

She couldn't think straight. She hasn't had a well-minded thought since it'd been announced that Bellamy would be fighting to his death in the arena with Gaia and Indra.

Her hair was tangled due to the countless amount of times she's run her fingers through it. Her bottom lip pulsed after her repetitive nipping at it. Her eyes stung with tears every five minutes, only for her to toss her head back and try to keep them tamed.

She tried to take in a deep breath, but she couldn't. She felt like she was drowning.

With a sharp exhale, she paused her frantic pacing, placing her palms on the table and bowing her head. The only sound in the room was Aurora's small intakes of breaths as she slept on the rugged and beaten up couch.

Coralie closes her eyes to calm herself.

This was everything she was afraid of.

Bellamy can't die. She knows that. She knew there'd be a chance he could beat Gaia, but Indra would never let that happen. On the ring in space, they had all trained against each other but they didn't have the luxury of swords and battle-axes. The only weapons they had were firearm and Leah's arrows. Did the poles count?

It had been hours since Bellamy's capture, and she hated herself for not going to see him sooner. All prisoners were allowed visitors, but the selfish part in her didn't want to see him. She wasn't just upset at Octavia and all if not most of Wonkru, she was upset with him, too.

She had voiced her fears a dozen times to him, to which he was adamant on doubting that they'd happen. And here they are: Bellamy damn near his death bed.

She wanted to hit something. She wanted to hit him. She wanted to cry. She wanted to scream. God, she wanted to scream.

Coralie didn't know what she'd do without Bellamy, as desperate and sad as it sounds. He's the love of her life and the father of their daughter. How would she tell Aurora that her father died in a battle for his life because his sister threw him into a fighting pit after he poisoned her for her wellbeing?

She's internally arguing with herself when the door opens, causing her to look up and grit her teeth at the sight of Octavia.

"What the hell do you want?" Coralie pushes herself away from the table.

Octavia's eyes analyze Coralie's stance. She could see the small shake in Coralie's knees and her clenched fists. She then looked to Aurora, who slept on the couch with a blanket thrown above her.
