Coralie kept to herself, quietly contemplating after repeating Jasper's words over in her head. Over the radio, he had told them that Arkadia was taken over by a chip, which caused all of their people to go braindead at the hand of Jaha. Jasper, Ace and Clarke were on their way to the cave their friends were camping in while Octavia was setting out to leave.
"O, wait. You can't just leave," Bellamy walked up to his sister, who swung her bag over her shoulder.
"Watch me," she retorted.
"You heard what Jasper said on the radio. Arkadia is not safe."
"What Jasper said sounds insane. Pike's gone. I can handle myself. Grounders burn their dead."
"I know that," Bellamy grunted. "And then what? Where are you going to go?"
"You don't get to ask me that."
"What more do I have to do to prove that I am on your side?"
"Bring Lincoln back." Everybody grew wary at the sound of his name, having just witnessed his execution not even an entire day prior. Octavia began walking away before halting and turning to Bellamy with narrowed eyes. "Turning Pike in does not make you one of the good guys, Bellamy. You did it to save us, not because what you thought Pike was doing to the Grounders was wrong."
"The Grounders were starving us out," he counters.
"Because you massacred an army that was sent to protect us."
"That army could have attacked us at any time and you know it."
"But they didn't attack. You did that. You felt guilty and you lashed out because that's what you do. There are consequences, Bel. People get hurt. People die. Your people. Monroe's dead. Lincoln is dead." With that said, Octavia storms out of the cave, leaving a speechless Bellamy behind.
"They're here!" Coralie hears Miller call and she doesn't waste a second before jogging outside. She freezes at the sight of headlights that belonged to the rover she would recognize through anything. Even Octavia stops walking at the sight of Clarke jumping out of the passenger's seat.
"Need your help!" Jasper shouts, walking towards them with Raven in his arms.
"We have to get her inside before she wakes up!" Ace calls as he hops down from the back of the rover. Coralie rushes to his side, taking notice of the prosthetic leg he must've chosen to wear.
