~Tobirama's POV~

"Where are you going?" I asked my wife when she got out of bed in the middle of the night and started putting on her swords and vests as if I going for battle.

"I...there's no time. Get armoured, I will explain on the way." She was panicking about something which was weird and unnerving considering Niyo rarely panicked. She bolted out of the windows with her swords in her hands and no matter how much I asked her to stop, she didn't listen.

She was scared of something that was to happen or already had happened and that made her somewhat dangerous. I followed her to the forest, to a particular spot where she had stopped and was observing the soil. There was blood on the ground and before I had the chance to ask, I was dismissed.

"You see things here, I have to go ahead."

"Ahead where?" I held her back by her wrist but she broke free and made a run for it again.

"I...just...have a hunch." I mentally sighed at my wife's hurry to get somewhere but I let her and browsed through the scene here at the forest. Sure enough there was a foreign chakra trail that leaked hostility all around the incident site. I followed it and it was leading to where Niyo had headed off – the Morinome.

Her hunch was on point; even without being able to use chakra, her instincts were strong enough to lead her straight to where things were wrong. I called for some Uchihas from the Police Force and ordered them charge of the situation in the forest. I told Kagami, one of my students from the Uchiha, to stick close by in case there is a need and I myself went after Niyo. I summoned Z'er and put him on the case as well.

At the Morinome, all the women were little by little exiting their cabins and walking and rushing towards the one cabin at the heart of Morinome, the old lady's. I sensed Niyo would be there as well so I followed. There were whispers and it whimpers and it worried and angered me at the same time.

"What is happening here?!" I demanded and hearing my voice the women parted and gave me a way inside the cabin. The bed was dripping red with Morino-baa's blood and Niyo was sitting on the side, horrified with her hands drenched in that blood. When she heard me, she got up with her swords in her hands, her face scrunched up in anger and eyes flickering with rage. "Niyo stop-", but she was already out the window. She really loved jumping out the windows, I sighed and stationed a few more shinobi in the forest and followed my wife.

"Did you like the little present I left for you dear sister?" I heard as I closed in on the clearing where Niyo was headed. I knew this voice, it was Tanogata Makiko, Niyo's sister who has made her life a living hell before as well.

"YOU FUCKING-" I held Niyo back before she charged in blinded with rage and got hurt in return. She was angry and it was understandable but this was madness.

"She's provoking you, stop and think for a second." I yelled but she was not having it at the moment. She made me let her go went to war.

She just attacked anybody who got in her way of her getting to her sister – like hell I would let her go through it alone. While my wife has one side covered, I went on as assist to clear out the other side for her. I sent a signal for Kagami and Z'er to join the battle as well since this might get out of hand and there were innocent souls in the forest who would be caught in the crossfire. I decided to hold the line on my own until I could leave it to someone trustworthy.

I was focused but for a moment, my attention wavered when I felt a surge in power where Niyo was fighting. I checked who it was and it was Niyo herself. Her chakra was bursting out of every tenketsu in her system. She wasn't able to mould chakra so she was forcing it all out at her own expense. If she kept this up, she would most definitely lose her ability to use ninjutsu forever.

I knew she was going through enough psychological pain of losing the only person who accepted her and gave her a place to belong when everybody else had shunned her. I knew that so I knew Niyo was going to purge the Tanogata once and for all. She was angry with them stealing and killing everything and everyone she held dear.

"Say your prayers." She said and oil flew out of her arms, cutting down everybody in its range. It was fast and effective but it was hurting her beyond measure. Her skin had already started to burn. I shunned my post not caring about anything anymore and just went after Niyo, she would kill herself if she kept this up.

I acted as her back up, taking people down before she had the chance to use her oil on them and hurting herself in the process. Her eyes were red with anger and her ears were deaf to my cries for her to stop. She was just wild and barbarous. I had seen her angry and enraged before but this was something else entirely.

A few of the shinobi jumped to attack me and I lost sight of my wife. I cursed and ended them quickly but Niyo was nowhere to be found until there was a blood curdling scream echoing the air.

"Sensei!" Kagami arrived with Z'er and I left the cronies to him, taking Z'er with me. I followed the humungous chakra and went in the thick forest.

I heard the sounds of punching and came upon Niyo hitting the life out of her sister. Her arms were red and bleeding from the oil and forced chakra having damaged her skin, she was heaving. Her back was to me so I didn't know what kind of face she was making but when I went close, cautiously, she was crying.

Tears fell from her eyes and onto Makiko with every fist that Niyo connected to her face. The latter was already unconscious after the first few attacks but Niyo was not stopping. Z'er nudged me forward by pushing his nose in my palm. Frankly I was a bit afraid of disturbing my wife when she was carrying out her revenge but I had to do it.

When I went closer, I stopped again seeing the twin broadswords in Makiko's torso but there were more than two entry wounds. Niyo stabbed her to death and even then her anger was not satiated.

"Stop...she's dead..." I touched her shoulder and she shrugged me away in response. I sighed and took a deep breath before firmly gripping my wife and pulling her away from the dead body of her sister and in my arms where I held her tight despite her protests. She calmed down after some time and sunk to the ground, me along with her.

She would be hurting for a quite a while.
