(Warning: Death. Sadness. Grief and suffering. Blood, misery, and tears.)

POV: Xisumavoid
Location: Watcher's Lair, Main Room

I closed my eyes and threw my hands in front of my face, as if that'll prevent the spear from fatally injuring me. My eyes started watering from under my eyelids as I wonder if this is my last moment in Minecraft. Instead of getting impaled, I was pushed to the side and heard the sound of skin getting pierced. I winced, but... I didn't feel the pain. My sight was blurry, but I saw a red clothed admin in front of me. The spear had gone through their chest, and directly in their heart. It stuck out their back by a few inches. No amount of magic, energy, or medical attention could heal that injury. They fell to their knees with a pained expression.

I heard movement around me, but ignored it. I couldn't care less about what else happened. The movement from what I could see was more fighting. I ignored them, looking down at the person who had just sacrificed their life for mine.

I suddenly comprehended who it was, though I couldn't see them.

I rip my helmet off, throwing it aside. I look at the person in guilty horror.

My heart felt like someone had tied a cement brick to it and dropped it into the void.

It seemed like my world was crashing down around me with no mercy.

It felt like my heart was just shattered into a million pieces.

No.

This can't be happening.

Oh God, please...

Not him.

No, this can't happen now.

He's the one person I had in my childhood.

Without him, I'm nothing.

It can't be him.

Not now. I'm not ready for this...

It's too early for his time to come-

My vision cleared, confirming who it was.

"Xanthus!" I scream, crying out and dropping to my knees.

"Hadn't heard that from your mouth in a long time, X. Almost forgot what it sounded like from you..." EX muttered, losing blood quickly. My brother looked at me through his helmet. He slowly and painfully slipped it off, tossing it to the side. He looked down at the spear with scared eyes. He looked back at me. I wrapped my arms around him, avoiding the spear.

I hug him tight as he weakly squeezes me back. His white hair that was stained with blood fell around his shoulders, and his red eyes were full of pain and suffering. He was sitting up with his legs out. I sat on my knees, supporting Xanthus by holding him up and hugging him. He put his chin on my shoulder, taking shaky breaths. I felt his heart gradually slowing down. My heart beat faster and faster, panicking.

A ton of blood dripped from his wound, covering himself and me. I started to fall into pieces, broken from what I knew was going to happen.

"No, no no no... stay with me, please, for the love of God, stay with me... Xanthus. Don't die on me!" I plead into his ear, barely hearing my voice over the beat of my frantic heart. I leaned back, holding his shoulders and looking at him with a panicked expression. Tears were freely flowing out of my eyes. They were silent tears, which I have a feeling will change soon. They mixed with my cuts, making them sting.

I saw a faint smile on Xanthus' face. It quickly faded, replaced by more pain.

"Xisuma... my time has come. Don't... t-try to save me." He murmured, through painful gasps of breath.
