I can barely stay calm as I stare at the open door of the shed. It's not broken, it's just open! Someone let those fuckers out!!!

"There's no sign of struggle, no sign of break-in, and their car is gone." Wolf tells me as I glare at the sight in front of me.

"I can see that. Someone let them out." I seethe.

"Who would do that?!" He exclaims in shock, getting attention of everyone around. I catch Gun's eyes, frowning in confusion when I notice he doesn't seem surprised to see our prisoners gone.

"Gun?"

He turns to look at me with pure disappointment in his eyes, before sighing quietly, shaking his head. "This is on you, Tank. We both know who let them out and why."

"Just because I snapped at her for talking to them?! Are you fucking serious?!" I scream in frustration.

"Tank! – Gun booms furiously – Do you even hear yourself? Lia is our sister! You were the one that told us to treat her like one!" He yells at me and walks away. I should fucking punch him for speaking to me like that.

I leave the guys to change the locks on the shed and check if anything's missing, then march back to my room, only to find my girl getting dressed up. "What are you doing?" I question, coming up to her.

"I need to see Lia. I... I have to apologize to her." She quietly answers, making me sigh.

"I'll take you there in the morning, okay? Go back to sleep." I know she's tired, so I think it's a better idea to let her rest and take her to Lia later.

Michelle sighs tiredly, pulling her clothes off slowly. "Okay..."

Despite having my girl snuggled into my body, I can't seem to fall asleep, thinking about everything that happened. Once it's clear that I won't sleep tonight, I carefully disentangle myself from Michelle's arms and leave the bed. I quickly pull up some jeans and go downstairs to get a drink.

I'm surprised to see some of my brothers here. Gun, Maggie, Killer and Wrench sit in one of the booths with Cole, Finn and Kian, talking quietly, while Knife, Wolf and Don sit at the bar.

"Couldn't sleep either?" Knife is the first one to notice me. I nod in answer and beckon at Arthur to give me a beer.

"Yeah..."

"Why would Lia do such a thing?" Don wonders out loud. What shocks me the most is the hurt in his voice. He's not angry, just hurt, sad.

"I have no idea. But..." Wolf trails off, as if a sudden realization hit him.

"But what?" I press.

"What if she went to deal with Ranger? You know what she's like." Wolf quietly says.

"It... It can't be... She wouldn't do that without telling us, right?" Knife hesitantly states.

I sigh heavily, leaning my elbows on the bar. "I don't know."

It's 8 in the morning when Michelle wakes up and demands that I take her to Lia's house. I comply without hesitation, having decided to talk to her myself.

The drive takes over an hour, due to the heavy traffic, so it's past 9 when we finally arrive. But the sight in front of us does not look good.

"Blake?!" Michelle calls out as Blake walks out of the house, carrying a box of stuff to his car. He only glances at us, grunting loudly before ignoring us completely.

"What are you doing here?" He grumbles, clearly annoyed as he leans against the side of his car, crossing his arms over his chest.

"I need to speak to Lia..." Michelle quietly tells him, getting a scoff in response.
