I wake up next to my beautiful fiancée, happy and content. It's been years since I last felt such... tranquility. It's unbelievable how much my life has changed during the last few months. My girl came back after a year, agreed to be my Old Lady, accepted my proposal and is also carrying my baby. And it's all thanks to Lia. I will forever be grateful to her for giving me the most precious treasure I could've possibly gotten.

"Come back..." I hear my Treasure whine adorably when I leave the bed.

"In a minute, baby." I quietly say before heading to the bathroom. Shouldn't have had those drinks yesterday.

After I'm done with my business, I decide to get back to bed, but right when I'm at the door, the doorbell rings. Who the fuck is this!?

Groaning in annoyance I make my way to the front door to let the person outside know what I think about visits at this ungodly hour. Not even caring about the lack of clothes, I open the door with an angry scowl on my face, which soon turns to shock when I see our guest.

"We've done this before, haven't we?" Lia jokes with a grin, making me laugh incredulously. Only she's brave enough to come for a visit at 6 am.

"Exactly a year ago." I play along, letting her in before pulling her for a hug in greeting. We've really done the exact same thing before, when we were celebrating Lia having healed at the clubhouse. She came to my room to tell me breakfast was ready, but I was hungover, like today, and wasn't exactly nice when I opened the door. "Want a coffee? And where's your shadow?" I tease, setting up the coffee maker.

"Sure thing. And Blake is still sleeping. I had to sneak out of bed to come here. You guys have it so easy, just put on a suit and you're ready, while we have to do so much to look good." Lia huffs, annoyed, taking the mug from me.

"Hey, I don't make the rules. – I defend – I don't even understand why you girls have to spend so much time getting ready. If it was up to me, Treasure wouldn't even have clothes." I seriously state, making Lia laugh quietly, careful not to wake my girl up.

"Is that so? So you wouldn't mind her walking down the aisle in her birthday suit? For everyone to see? Oh, maybe you should have a nude wedding!" The annoying witch teases, making me almost growl. She sure knows how to push my buttons.

"Don't even go there, sister." I warn, sending Lia into a giggling fit before groaning.

"Oh God, I just imagined it! Ah, my eyes! – she takes out her phone, scowling at the mental image – Blake, send me a picture. I just imagined something gross and I'm about to bleach my eyes." She quickly says into the phone and I barely stop myself from laughing at the disgusted look on her face.

Not even a minute later, her phone pings with a new message and she sighs in relief seeing it. "Do I even wanna know?" I tease, getting a grin from Lia.

"He's so cute when he wakes up!" She gushes, showing me the picture of Blake with his disheveled hair and half-open eyes. This time I do laugh. Those two are so weird.

"Hey, don't laugh. I need my eye-candy to get over that horrible picture in my mind." Lia shrugs.

"Okay, okay. Back to reality – why are you here?" I decide to ask.

"Why do you think? I need to help Squirrel get ready. Her dress is in my car and I already called the make-up artist to come by later. I just don't know if we should get ready here or at my house... I don't think I trust you not to take a sneak peek at the bride..." My annoying little sister gives me a mocking look, making me huff indignantly.

She's right, though.

I don't think I would be able to resist trying to see my Treasure in wedding dress before the ceremony.
