Part 42

~That night~

Jennie's POV:
I reached home and directly went to the shower. I needed some relaxation after all. I took a long shower. After finishing that, I came out from the bathroom and sat on my bed. In the side table of my bed, I saw the locket. "How it gets here?", I said confused. Then I found my dairy. I forgot that I brought this with me and didn't remember about it because I was too busy in my life. I looked at it realized how much my life changed. I was not the same Jennie as before, who only loved Kai. My heart didn't feel the same as I felt before. The only thing that was important for me was Jungkook.

Jennie thought about her past and also what Nancy told to her. She realized that now in her life only one person was important, Jungkook.
She putted the dairy and locket in the drawer and went out to look at Jungkook. She went to his room but he wasn't there. Then she went to downstairs and he wasn't there too. Jennie called him but his phone was switched off.

Jennie: I think he got mad. Ugh Jennie! Why you do that to him?!
Stupid!! (Scolded herself)

She sat on the couch and started waiting for Jungkook. She fell asleep as waiting for him.

~In the morning~

Jungkook woke up with a shock by seeing Sana sleeping beside him. He got off the bed and Sana woke.

Sana: where are you going? (Half sleepy)
Jungkook: to my home, where I should be. (Rudely)

Sana about to say something but Jungkook cut her off.

Jungkook: just don't talk and forget what happened. (Rudely)

After that he left the house and Sana smirked.

Jungkook's POV:
"What the fuck have I done!", I scolded myself. I was so much mad at myself. I reached home and opened the door. I saw Jennie was sleeping in the couch. Aish~ I forgot, she always wait for me. I went close to her and picked her up without waking her up. I brought her to her room and laid her on the bed and covered her with the blanket. I cared her cheeks and I felt guilty. She cared about me and waited for me the whole night. I didn't care and just fucked up. I went to my room and try to get sleep.

The days were going pretty much normal. But something was off between Jenkook. Jungkook was avoiding Jennie because of his guilt. Jennie was confused and didn't understand why he was doing that.

Jennie's POV:
It had been one week, Jungkook was avoiding me. I didn't understand why. I thought he was upset with me or something. So I didn't say anything to him but gave him sometime to calm himself down. But that didn't mean I didn't try to talk to him. I tried and I was still trying. Because it was hurting me a lot. I didn't know why but I kinda missed him.

Jennie was in the office, in her cabin. She was just looking at Jungkook who was busy in his work. But she didn't know Jungkook was also secretly looking at her. She wanted to talk to him but couldn't.

Time passed

Beakhyun came in to Jennie's cabin.

Beakhyun: Jennie, today you and Jungkook have photoshoot for the magazine.
Jennie: okay.

Beakhyun was about to leave but Jennie stopped him.

Jennie: Beak... (Called)
Beakhyun: (turned around) yes?
Jennie: you okay?
Beakhyun: yes, why are you asking? (Thickly smiled)
Jennie: I know you like Nancy.
Beakhyun: (surprised) how do you know?
Jennie: (chuckled) isn't it obvious? I saw Beak how you look at Nancy. I noticed it. You love her, don't you?
Beakhyun: yes I do.
Jennie: then go to her.
Beakhyun: but will she accept me and my love?
Jennie: she will. She needs someone to be with her. Who will love her. She needs you right now Beak. Go to her. (Smiled)
Beakhyun: I will. (Smiled)
