Chapter 26

VIOLET'S POV:
It has been two days and I got given my oxygen tank to take everywhere with me. I told mum and dad and they were just happy that I was still alive and told me to take it easy. We were currently walking out of the hospital and and I was dragging the tank behind me since it was in a bag that you could carry or roll cause it had wheels on the bottom. We kept walking until we reached the bus and Calum picked up the tank for me and helped me get on the bus as I smiled. Once we were all on the bus started moving and I walked to the back with Calum before we sat down and I leaned on him which caused his arm to go around me. I left the tank at my feet while the tubes tangled around me but went up to my nose to help me breath.

"Can I ask you something?" Calum asked as I looked up at him to see him smiling at me man I love this boy.

"How can you still look so beautiful yet so simple?" He asked as I laughed.

"I could ask you the same hood" I said smiling as he lent down and kissed my nose.

"I love you" he said as I looked into his eyes.

"I love you too" I said as he pecked my lips. I smiled at him then looked at our hands before putting my hand against his to see that his hands were bigger than mine before he intertwined our hands and kissed my knuckles.

"Cal what are your fans going to say or do when they look at me?" I asked looking at our hands trying not to give eye contact because it was bugging me I was scared. What if they hated me or thought this was just managements doing I can't handle that.

"There going to see how much I love you" he said as I still kept my focus on our hands.

"But what if they think this is a publicity stunt or management is involved?" I asked as I heard a voice that wasn't Calum's but Ashton's.

"They wouldn't do such a thing because we will tell them and that you and Calum love each other so much and you guys look cute together" he said as I looked at him and smiled.

"Thanks Ash" I said as he smiled.

"All good what are best friends for?" He asked.

"So when are you going to tell them?" I asked looking at Calum to see him looking at me.

"Whenever you want to" he replied as I sat up and undid our hands.

"We'll do it now just to get all the drama over with" I said as they both looked at me.

"Are you sure?" Calum asked as I fixed the tube around my nose up and nodded.

"Yep" I replied as Ashton got his phone out and put it on him.

"Hi guys it's Ash here and we have some big news for you but we want no hate just love and support" he said as he turned it to him and Calum.

"We wanted to tell you that Violet has lung cancer and she has been put on an oxygen tank so we love all your support and nice words like you always do and we love you guys" Calum said as Ash turned his phone to get me in as I smiled and waved before it ended and we watched all the views and comments come on the screen. The comments were sweet like aw we still love you Violet, Calum will be her hero, we are here for you Violet. I smiled as Ash put his phone away and smiled at me.

"See they will support you through this and so will we" Ash said as I nodded.

"Thanks Ash" I said as he smiled before he stood up and stretched.

"Well I'm going to make something to eat do you want anything?" He asked as Calum and I both shook our heads.

"No thanks" I replied as he nodded and walked out to the front of the bus. I turned to look back at Calum.

"Wanna watch a movie?" He asked as I nodded.

"What movie?" He asked.

"Ironman" I replied as he nodded and put in the movie before coming to sit next to me while I leaned on him. We need up watching movies for the rest of the day not caring about anything while the others did their own thing. I wonder how long my lungs will last till they stuff up again.
