In this world no one is free from pain. No one is free from suffering and everyone one is capable of committing awful acts. People look down on the broken and he insane as if it could be them in that position. As if they are free from such possibilities but such thoughts couldn't be further from the truth. The reason we should be afraid is not because of them but the fact that they represent what all of us are capable of becoming. They're the real life example of when we loose control. When the cage is broken and the beast is let loose. Everyone is capable of being broken, the only difference is how hard you gotta push.

In Greenland in the now Telik base on the morning of the day of the Tournament...

Basira made her way through blue lit halls with a tray of food floating gripped by a purple aura floated behind her. Eventually she stops turning to enter a room with a kind smile on her face. She enters to see a Atalana laughing as she watches Nanite dolphins jumping and diving on top of Zee's back. Her face far more youthful and filled with life than before making it easier to tell how young she was compared to when they first freed her. For a moment Basira was lost in a trance looking at her so happy and so playful. Remembering why she had came she snapped out of her trance knocking the against the wall gently to get the girls attention.

Atalana paused and snapped her head to give Basira her full attention and giving her a youthful smile.

Basira smiled back before walking up her and crouching down to her level. The tray of food followed her movements as hovered between the two of them.

"Zee, do you mind if we have a moment?" Basira requested.

Zee upon hearing her request the machine began to make its way out the room. Atalana made sure to wave the machine goodbye catching it's attention as it looked back with it's glowing smile and waved back before continuing to exit the room and the door closing behind it.

Basira chuckled to herself seeing her daughter so happy.

"I see you and Zee have become really good friends."

Atalana excitedly nodded with a large smile on her face before responding with her telepathy inside Basira's head.

"Zee is fun and she plays with me whenever I want and does that cool nanite thingy. The dolphins are my favourite!"

"Dolphins huh? I like dolphins as well..." Basira paused for a moment trying to remember the last time she saw such a thing. Most her life was spent in war or in captivity. All thanks to the Humans and the Lupi they never had the proper chance to enjoy nature properly without fear of someone finding out what they are. Seeing so much hope, so much happiness in her daughters eyes for things that all this time have been kept from her it filled her with a deep sea of sadness and a flaming pit of hate.

Basira took Atalana's hands into her own and looked her straight in the eyes.

"One day, when this is all over, me and you are gonna go to the seaside get some fish and chips and watch the dolphins swim for as long as you want. I promise, how does that sound?"

Atalana closed smile quickly became a large grin at such a promise which filled her with so much joy. So much that she couldn't help but lung at Basira giving her large warming hug. Basira not seeing this coming quickly moved the tray out the way.

"I can't wait! I'm so excited!"

Her embrace brought so much warmth into Basira's body, her joy radiating off her like the sun. It struck a cord within Basira causing a tear to roll down her face before wrapping her arms back around her. The two held onto each other for a moment until Basira was reminded of what it would take to get to such a point where such a promise could be filled. She let go of Atalana and wiped away her tears to get to the matter at hand.
