When you're in a world surrounded by chaos. The quiet moments become the most cherished. Those moments of quiet, moments of silence, simple conversation, the moments of preparation. In war those moments in between the battles are just as important as the battles themselves. Without good preparation you are only setting up for failure and the same can be said if you do not allow time to Recover. Cause good recovery, leads to the best performance.

It had been four days since their conflict with the UAN and UAT in Greenland. The Telik's had chosen to go into hiding to recover upon their new aircraft they called the Ark. They were currently hovering cloaked somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. Vitamortem has made sure that they were out of range of Human airspace, a complete blind spot to anyone that may be seeking to hun them down.

For the most part the past 4 days for them had persisted of simple recovery and preparation. The last fight took quite a large toll on them, having lost many fighters in the battle their numbers now far smaller then when they began. They new the next fight would take an even greater toll. Each fight would do such, they knew they were at war now. So quiet time like this was a luxury they couldn't simply pass up on.

Basira however couldn't help but keep her mind tracked on her goal. Her mind constantly focused on the mission, the pain that forced her onto such a path. She stood before a currently unconscious Gin. Held up in his restraints once more. Atalana was just below him her eyes glowing as she looked into his mind using his mind as a compass to find the one called Ulima. Basira had her hands placed on her shoulders as a comfort for incase anything may go wrong or Gin may lash out at her.

Basira started at him with eyes like daggers. She would love nothing more than to be the one to rip out Gin's heart but there was also a smirk on her face. Seeing that she had full control over him and watching his eyes twitch as his mind was stuck in a painful dream of Layna's making. His suffering brought her immense joy and the fact he would be the key to bringing about his own suffering made her even happier.

The glow from Atalana's eyes dissipated as she turned to her mother snapping her out of her trance to look to the little girl. Basira kneeled down to her level as the two spoke within their minds.

"I found the lady." Atalana said her tone seeming a bit sadder than normal.

Basira smiled at such a success. "That's brilliant baby can you show mommy where she is?"

Atalana presenting a mental image into Basira's head showing her a globe and zooming onto the island of Jamaica until showing a clear image of Ulima sitting and talking with Agnello. She also noticed the other Lupi and Telik's she did not recognise in the distance. However her main focus was on her sister and who she could tell by how close they were to be her child.

A sadistic smile came over her face before noticing Atalana looking at her. Her smile quickly changed from that of malicious intent to that of motherly warmth as she planted a kiss on her forehead. "You did a very good job here Atalana. Let's go get you something to eat shall we?"

Atalana's face lit up at the sound of food. "Can I have dolphin shaped nuggies!"

Basira couldn't help but chuckle at her excitement. She rose from her knelt position and gestured for Atalana to grab her hand. "Sure, lets go to the kitchen and we can make em together. Doesn't that sound like fun?"

Atalana giggles with delight as she gleefully grabbed her hand and the two exited the room leaving Gin behind.

The halls of the ship weren't nearly as populated as back at the base. Due to the last battle having significantly decreased their numbers down to less than hundred. The ship however was more than large enough to compensate for their numbers and any needed functions being able to adjust on the fly due to the adaptive nature of nanites and Vitamortem's design.
