"Save us!"

Gin charged the entity at blinding speed and immense ferocity. The Entity could barely react as it suddenly felt its chest torn open as Gin began furiously clawing at it. Every claw cake with a vicious growl as he showed no mercy as he continued his onslaught.

"Save us!"

The Entity let out it's blood curdling scream as it emitted a surge of power pushing  Gin back. The Entity suddenly increased in muscle mass and a mouth opened from the black faceless mass.

"Save us!"

However Gin was not held back for long as he ran on all fours barking like a wild dog closing the gap. The Entity attempted to swipe at him but beast was already behind him. The
Entity quickly turned ready preparing to strike but was its attack was halted by a sharp pain in his chest.

"Save us!"

Gin stared at the Entity as the life slipped from and it fell limp his hand holding its heart out the other side of his body. Gins is eyes were still filled with primal rage but it slowly began to shift as the Entity's dark matter began to shatter and flow into the wind revealing what laid beneath.

"Save us!"

The matter disappeared to reveal himself suddenly grabbing onto his arm. "What? This doesn't make any sense?" However the body began to shatter again the shards of light fading to form another figure.

"No." Gins eyes lost their intense stare and deformed into a sad shattered look when he saw who's heart he was holding. His fur lost its glow as he began to shake and tears filled his eyes. His hand shook to the point he could no longer hold the heart as it dropped to the floor. The heart of his beloved, The heart of his Eden, the heart of Ulima.

"You was meant to save us." Ulima just about managed to murmur out to Gin as her eyes faded and the life left her body. Gin quickly retreated his hand as he went to cradle her body. He quickly fell to his knees in tears stroking her face trying to figure what exactly was happening.

"No, no this doesn't make any sense. I was protecting you. I couldn't have done this. He did this?" The flash of himself in front of him came back into his head once again. "He was me."

Gin's head suddenly began to ache as memories flooded his mind. He dropped Ulima's body as stood up clutching his head in pain. "Urgh! NO! What is this?" The memories that flooded were from what just occurred. The slaughter he had committed. A first person view of his one sided butcher of the entire pack he so seemingly loved so much.

"NO! IT WASN'T ME! IT COULDN'T OF BEEN ME!" Gin screamed as the images continued to unfold until he finally saw the one that would hurt him most. Him standing above his beloveds corpse and hearing the sound of a crying baby. His shining light.

"Don't, please don't. I wouldn't." Gin pleaded to the man in the images, to himself but in an instant his worst fear came true. His child slashed and killed in an instant.

Gin's claws had dug into his head causing hot white blood to drip down his face mixing with that of his own tears. His knees buckled as he fell to the ground his eyes devoid of anything.
The area around him had suddenly changed from the flaming forest to a sea of blood. At the surface the corpses of all those he had killed and directly in front of him. His Mate and his child. The ones he swore to protect, the ones he swore to save.

As he sat their staring at the corpses whispers began to fill the air.

"Beast."
