Susie and Kris stood in front of the dreemurr house. Kris, being the one that lived there, opened the door,
"Hey, mom. I'm home!" Kris shouted. Toriel was in the kitchen, making pie,
"Why, welcome back, Kris!" She greeted, turning around to face the human.
"Uh, Kris? Who is behind you?" The goat looked over to find Susie, as she froze solid.
"Oh! This is Susie! I wanted to ask, can she stay here for a while?"
"Why do you ask of this?"
"Well, you see, she doesn't have any parents and she is living on her own. Her soul, uh, she might have torn it and now she only really has the left side, so, yeah. Please?" Toriel looked towards Susie. Susie shrank back a bit, feeling her stare burn into her. She wasn't ever really comfortable with meeting new people, let alone someone's parent(s).
"Oh! Why, the poor dear! Stay as long as you would like!" Toriel had a look of pity on her face, motioning for the two to come inside with her paw.
"Thank you, ms. Toriel." Susie thanked stopping in front of the goat mom.
"You are quite welcome, my child."
Kris guided Susie up to his room, showing her Asriel's bed. It was getting very late, around 8:15? The lightners got settled and slept until the next morning.
A week had past, and Susie was getting a little desperate. They kept her home everyday, she was in no condition for school, or the darkworld, obviously. One late night, she decided. I'm going back!
The next night, she carried out her plan. Susie quietly got off of the bed and walked through the livingroom. Opening the front door, she snuck out. The teen continued through the town, to the school, and into the dark closet.
The Lightner was tired, hungry, thirsty, and just overall miserable. The pain on her right stayed sharper than normal, and she was overexerting herself. Finally, she made it to card castle, or what she could make out of it as her vision blurred. Lancer was conveniently in the grassy area to the right of her. The young king looked up, and saw the girl, looking like she was about to fall over.
"Susie! Why are you here? Are you okay!?!?" Lancer asked running up to her to help. She replied with a simple nod,
"I missed ya. And, not. Too. Great..." The words finally spoken. Her voice was barely a whisper. Overly tired, she faints, lancer barely able to catch her in time. She wouldn't have come back, if she wanted to sit around doing nothing all day every day. But, she didn't care for that kind of life. She was dangerous, too much so for her own good.
The darkner placed the monster on the ground and called Ralsei,
"Ralsei, how can I help?" The voice chimed on the other end.
"Hey, Ral, it's Lancer, and Susie's back! She just, came and looks really tired! She fell over and isn't waking up! Can you come and help me?"
The prince was confused, yet scared and went to the castle immediately.
"Ah! Don't worry, I'm on my way!" He gasped.
"Okay, thanks!" They both hung up, silently hoping that nothing was wrong with their friend.
Ralsei showed up about 25 minutes later, with medical supplies.
"Here, Ral! Quick!" Lancer motioned towards the direction he was in.
"Hey, so. Your sure that she hasn't woken up? If she's all that tired, I'm not surprised, heh. Anyways, let's try to get her up, or heal her."
"O-okay..." With that, the darkners let her sleep for a while, before checking on her every so often. They all stayed in the fields, still worrying. But, what was Kris think?...
Done chapter 6! Woo! Thanks for the support, and sorry for the cliffhanger, just wanted to change it up a bit. I don't know why I like my favourite characters to suffer, but I just do. If you are wondering where the 'sans x toriel' is, then just stick around. It'll come soon, or eventually...
