Swimming

Nathan's POV:

I heard my phone ring from the bedroom so I rushed to the bedroom an back into the living room as I answered it:

Nathan: 'Hello?'

Jay: 'Hey mate! Is everyone up over there?'

Nathan: 'Heh Jay, yeah, the babies are having tummy time right now.'

Jay (confused): 'Tummy Time?'

Nathan: 'Yeah, it's when they lay on their tummys and try to move themselves around to support themselves, it's pretty much crucial to the twin's growth.'

Jay: 'You know too much about babies, anyways we're all going over to Kelsie's place to swim, she says he has a little kiddy pool her parents kept from when she was a baby if you wanted to bring the kiddos.'

Nathan (smiles): 'Yeah that'd be great! We'll be over in 20 minutes.'

Jay: 'See you then!'

I hung up as Kayla looked up from the babies for a second,

"What did Jay want?" She asked politely. I smiled and shoved my phone in my pocket,

"Jay invited us to go swimming at Kelsie's house today. She has a kiddy pool if we wanted to bring the babies." I said as I picked up Anna. Kayla smiled and picked up Alexander,

"Ok, we need to get changed then." She said. I nodded and we went into the bedroom to change. After we were changed we got the babies in their swim diapers and then swimsuits. I grabbed the diaper bag and threw the baby sunblock in. No need for sunburns. I grabbed my sunglasses and phone along with Alexander. Kayla got Anna, her sunglasses, her bag and her phone then we left.

In about 15 minutes we were walking into Kelsie's backyard where her unground pool was. Along with the adorable little kiddy pool where avert one could see where the babies were. Everyone greeted each other and the guys handed me a beer. I thanked him and eased into the pool and sat on te third step along with the boys. Tom looked over my shoulder and almost spit out his beer. Max patted him on the back,

"Mate what's wrong?" Jay asked. Tom coughed a bit before pointing behind me,

"How does your fiancé look that fit only 4 months after giving birth?!" He asked quietly. I looked behind me as well as the other boys and smiled at the sight.

Kayla was in her white ruffled bikini top and black bikini bottoms talking with the girls who had the babies. Since giving birth to the twins Kayla's stomach had already flattened out, her body still healthily skinny with her tiny waist, her hips hadn't widened at all. Her hello kitty belly button piercing looking adorable. I turned back around and smirked,

"She goes to the gym more than all of you....why does that tell you?" I asked. The boys all laughed admiring it wa true because it obviously was. I took a sip of my beer and everyone went back to their business. I looked over at Kayla playing with the babies in the kiddy pool and decided to join the fun. I hopped out of the pool and walked over to where Kayla and the babies were.

I kissed Kayla's cheek and she turned her head to the side as she smiled,

"Well hello." She said before we shared a small kiss. I sat down next to Kayla before I pulled Alexander in my lap and Kayla pulled Anna into her lap. Kayla and I watched as the twins played with the little pool toys we gave them and splashed in the water as they giggled.

Anna got a little water in her eye and started to cry a little. I was about to do something when Alexander leaned forward and jaggedly rubbed her eye. Mine and Kayla's eyes softened at the sight, I reached for her hand and held it gently. I heard a snap, like that of a camera. Kayla and I turned our heads to where the noise came from. Nareesha had taken a photo of our little family. None of us minded though. Nareesha posted it to twitter.
