Leaving for Tour and Dummies

~~~~1 Month Later~~~~

Nathan's POV:

Well....this was it, it was time for the tour and I was both dreading and looking forward to leaving. Kayla was helping me pack and it was completely silent. We were both crying the night before. I would be leaving for 2 months...it would be hard for both of us but Kayla and I knew we'd get through it together.

After I was packed we headed off to the airport. We met the boys and girls there. Kayla and the girls went to find seats in the waiting area with the babies while the boys and I went through luggage check. After we were cleared and our tickets were checked, we joined the girls to wait for our flight to be called. Realistically I was more dreading than waiting.

Kayla's head was rested on my shoulder as we waited for the plane to be called. We waited about maybe an hour or so before they called our flight. Kayla and I walked up to the boarding area and hugged each other as we cried,

"I'll call you as soon as I get to the hotel room ok? I promise baby I promise....." I whispered. Kayla nodded against my chest,

"Please, please be safe...." She quietly sobbed. I nodded and stroked her hair,

"I will I promise..." I said.

I unfortunately had to let her go because the flight was boarding. The last thing I saw was Kayla an the others girls hugging and crying as the plane lifted off.

All throughout the plane ride all I could think of was Kayla....her hair, her smile, her kisses, her innocence, her big innocent eyes, her giggle, her touch, her cuteness, her cuddles, her hugs, her cute little nose, her freckles, the way she walks, the way she talks, the way she makes everyone happy, the way she handles the babies.....everything.

Oh I hope she's ok...

Kayla's POV:

I am so not ok...I was already feeling separation anxiety and Nathan had only been gone for 4 hours. I was feeding the babies. One on each side. Nathan would land in another 2 hours. God why do I have to wait so long? The babies were finished eating. I laid Alexander in my lap while I quickly burped Anna-Grace. I laid Anna-Grace in her crib and then burped Alexander before laying him down in his crib.

I put the babies down for bed with ease. I went into the bedroom and took off my top and shorts so I was left in my lacy, pastel purple bra and underwear set. then slipped on a pair of thick, pastel purple thigh-high socks. I slept like this most of the time. I was about to start taking off my makeup when my phone rang. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at my phone.

"NathyBear😙💜"

Oh my goodness. I immediately clicked accept:

"Nathan?" - Kayla

"Hi baby." - Nathan

"H-hi! I though your flight didn't land for another couple hours!" - Kayla

"My flight landed a couple hours early and I promised I'd call you as soon as I got to my hotel room so I called!" - Nathan

"It's so great to hear you, I miss you already..." - Kayla.

"I miss you too baby...I miss your kisses.." - Nathan

(Giggles) - Kayla
"So what are you doing baby?" - Nathan

"Nothing, taking my makeup off, getting ready for bed." - Kayla

"What pjs are you wearing?" - Nathan

"Your favorites..." (giggle) - Kayla

"Aaah, so bra, panties...thigh-high socks?" - Nathan

"Yep....do you want to see?" - Kayla

"Is that even a question?" - Nathan

"Ok, I'll hang up and show you." - Kayla

I had finished taking my makeup off by now and I hung up my phone. I opened my retrica app. I opened my glasses case and put my glasses on. I held my camera up and took the picture with a cute filter. I put my glasse back in the case and sent my picture to Nathan. I turned off the light in the bathroom and sat back down on the bed as I received another call from Nathan. I clicked accept:

"Helloooo?" - Kayla

"You look incredible...God what I would do to you if I was there right now..." - Nathan

"Nathy don't start something you can't finish..." - Kayla

"Sorry baby." - Nathan

"It's ok baby." - Kayla (yawn)

"Are you tired cutiepie?" - Nathan

"Mhm...I wish you were here...I hate sucking my own thumb.." - Kayla

"Cutie just get your dummy, that's why I bought it for you..." - Nathan

"Mkay." - Kayla

I searched in the drawer of the table next to our bed and pulled the Kawaii Korilakkuma pacifier that Nathan got me as a substitute for his thumb. I put the pacifier in my mouth and sighed into the phone as I gently sucked on it,

"Better baby?" - Nathan

"Mhm...." - Kayla

"Ok well you need sleep so go ahead and sleep cutiepie we'll talk tomorrow." - Nathan

"Nighnigh." - Kayla

"Nightnight cutiepie." - Nathan
