She is very clearly fictional, I'm actually interested in seeing her Bone Structure. Third, Roger acts like a Human the only difference is that he's covered in Fur and has Giant Ears.
Anyways, I love this Ship. At first Glance it might seem a little weird that the most attractive Female Character to ever be created is married to a freaking Rabbit wearing a Clown Costume when she could be married to any Rich guy or even a Prince. Well, when she's asked about this, she replies with "He makes me laugh", but I don't think that's the only reason. Throughout the Movie almost every Character saw her more as a sexual Object than anything else. Roger is the only one to love her for who she is.
Also I would just like to say that I'm gonna sie Disney for not making Jessica a Disney Princess and Roger a Disney Prince, those two are really great Characters.
