I can see the similarities. Both are eager to learn about different Worlds, both have an unhealthy Relationship with their Father Figures, they have lovable Sidekicks, both are seen as different from everyone else, and their Love Interest teaches them about the Worlds they're eager to learn about.
However, I don't really like Tarzan with anyone, I think he's better on his own. Ariel... the only one I'd like her with is Jasmine. Yes, it's been 122 Chapters, and my opinion hasn't changed. That's like a new record for me. Also, Tarzan isn't willing to leave the Jungle full of Animals, and Ariel is all about interacting with Humans, and seeing all these Towns and eating their Food, she loves everything Human related. So, I don't think she'd be willing to just live in the Jungle forever.
5/10, I don't like it, I don't hate it, it's just there.
