First of all, Lilo is like five, second, Kenai is like twenty, third, HE'S A BEAR. There are a lot of things that would need to happen for this to work.
Lilo would have to be the same age as Kenai, Kenai would have to be a Human or Lilo would have to be a Bear, and they both would have to get adjusted to the places they live. Lilo and Stitch takes place in Hawaii, a place that has one Season, and that's hot. Brother Bear takes place in Alaska, which also only has one season and it's cold. Also, ironically those two States have the worst Education and are the only two States that are separated from the US Mainland.
Anyways, this is Pedophilia, so no.
