The Movie Pocahontas would've been better if John Smith and Kocoum ended up together, don't @ me on this.
Like it's such a bizarre Concept. These two literally tried to kill each other, but just the fan art alone has me invested. Like the way they just shove Pocahontas aside, is not okay, and I am not just saying that because I love Pocahontas... okay yes I am, but just everyone's reaction in it are perfectly captured.
Like imagine this Movie about this Native American girl betrothed to this boring, serious guy then meeting a charming dude who listens to her songs, just to have the Dude be like "Move I'm gay", then marry the guy your betrothed to. That would've been the perfect Storyline for Pocahontas, even less Historically accurate, but at this point just change the names and say it isn't based on actual reality, that might as well happen.
Additionally, I feel like after they sort out all the Murder stuff, they'd make a pretty good Couple. I'm sure John Smith would be all about exploring the Area with Kocoum and going on Hunts and Fishing trips with him. He seems to be the kind of guy to enjoy that.
Then again, we would not be getting all the interaction with Poca's Friends Sam Wilson the Hummingbird, friendly Rocket Raccoon, and Grandma Groot, which I feel like would kinda suck.
