Peter was freaking out. MJ had passed him the result. He was going to be a father.
He had been overjoyed when he found out but now he was freaking out, he had been told about three hours ago. Was he ready? Was he mature enough to look after a kid, yes he was glad MJ was pregnant, he was overjoyed but he was scared out of his life.
As he walked into the lounge, he looked like he had seen a ghost, luckily all the girls were out, so it was just Tony, Steve, Clint, Bucky and Sam.
"Hey Kid? you look like you've seen a ghost, you okay?" Steve said with a small laugh
"I'm gonna be a dad" was all he said, they all congratulated him and gave him a pat on the back but Tony noticed something
"What's wrong do you not-"
"Oh, No no no no no no no, i'm happy she is but i don't know what i'm meant to do, i mean I've never looked after a kid, yeah I've baby sat Morgan but not for her entire life" He said walking over to the counter and getting a glass of water
"Kid, i remember when Pepper told me she was expecting, i was freaked out, i mean I've never been a father, i didn't know how to raise a kid, there's no instruction manual, but the moment Morgan was born, everything came as one, as a parent your always learning"
"Look at me, it's took me and Laura 3 kids to know exactly how to raise a kid" Clint said, it made Peter give a small smile
"Well maybe just Clint" Steve added
"What we're trying to say is that, you learn as you go along, that kid is going to be the luckiest in the world, he or she is going to have Spider-Man for a dad, and he's going to have the best uncles in the world"
"That poor kid" Peter said sarcastically "I'm kidding, i'm kidding" he said with a small laugh
