Peter Parker & The Avengers one shots

Its all fun and games...until it's not

It had all started from when Peter had turned 9, he'd been with the Avengers from that age, his mother and father worked at Stark Industries however they had died when out on a mission leaving Peter alone, his aunt and uncle couldn't be found when Mary and Richard died, they disappeared but not that they had run away, Pete refused to believe that, he knew something had happened to them but no-one would listen to him, of course they wouldn't he was just a 9 year old kid, a 9 year old kid with an IQ higher than most of the Avengers at this point.

Fury told Tony that him and the Avengers were to take Peter in, Mary and Richard died on their mission, protecting a world in which their son could live happily in, even if they wouldn't be there.

Tony reluctantly took Peter in, not wanting to bring a kid into the Avengers. Peter was always quite, he never spoke unless spoken to, he did what he was told, he always did his homework and even helped out some of the interns who needed it, quite a few of the interns never liked Peter because they were all jealous that he was smarter than him, however there was one intern, Cassie.

She was 16 years older than Peter making her 25, she was a good friend of Peter's parents and she would always play with Peter when he was younger when she had the time.

Peter was now 15 and was hurt, inside and out.

When he was 14 he had gone on a school trip where he had gotten bitten by one of their radioactive spider's, he then create the alter ego- Spider-Man.

Peter would sneak out every night, swinging through the streets stopping the crime that the Avengers didn't care for, Peter had been through so much in the past few month, he was still looking for his Aunt May and Uncle Ben but he never had any luck.

He had stopped Vulture from stealing all of Tony's tech, Peter had multiple fracture and broken bones which he had to fix himself, one thing that didn't help the healing process was the Avengers.

One thing that people didn't know was that Peter, he was bullied by them, never physically in the way you'd think, when they would train, they'd invite Peter however they'd go full strength as if he was a HYDRA agent, he manage to shake them off for a while until all of his energy would disappear meaning he'd be thrashed down. Emotionally and mentally, well that was a different subject, at first Peter thought they were joking and messing around with him until it came around more often, the comments, calling him weak, ugly, fat- the works.

He'd never told Cassie, never wanting to trouble her even though multiple times she told him no matter how big or small the problem was, no matter the time of day, he could come to her.

Peter made his way through his school years, getting into MIT a year earlier than expected.

One night, he came back from being out on a mission, taking down more crime, he was still living at the Avengers compound, but now he'd finished MIT, he was slowly setting up his own company, now that he'd told Cassie about.

Once he turned 21, he packed up his things and left, his company had become a big hit and none of the Avengers knew that it was him, he moved out and into his new building- his company grew and grew, he was one to help out the little people and he still stayed as Spider-Man, helping fix the crime rates within the community.

Cassie started working at his company as head of all interns and his best friend Ned, he would always be Peter's guy in the chair.

Peter had detected a HYDRA base, one that the Avengers never knew about- that was when he found May.

She'd been captured by HYDRA, Ben hadn't because he had died protecting his wife that night when they attacked by the agents.

Peter had walked into the lounge, exhausted from a very long day, he sat down next to his wife, MJ

"You need to sleep Peter, your gonna collapse if you don't" she told him, he'd met MJ when he was in Highschool, they'd been married for 2 years now, making them both 25.

He listened to MJ and walked into the bedroom, he had gotten dressed, coming out of the bathroom brushing his teeth when he heard a voice

"Your a hard one to contact....Spider-Man"

He looked round to, toothbrush still in his mouth, to see...Fury. He hadn't seen him since he was 9 years of age.

"Wait does-"

"No, she doesn't know i'm here so your not going to say anything" Fury said referring to MJ, Fury had come to Cassie asking her to keep MJ busy, making sure she wouldn't walk in to see Fury trying to rope Peter into helping him

"I saw what you had done at that HYDRA base, you rescued May and some others, they are now under SHIELD protection, but i need someone to help rescue more"

After a long talk, somehow Fury got Peter to agree to be at the meeting he wanted Peter at

Peter arrived at SHIELD, he was scanned through before getting directed to the room he was needed in, the agent opened the door and Peter walked in, that was when he saw who was there, The Avengers.

"Good, your here" Fury said

Peter was told where to sit and he sat down

"Good now that your all here, i think there's some catching up to do, you have 20 minuets" Hill and Fury walked out of the room, the door locking behind them, leaving Peter sat with the people who abused him, and a couple of others, the new being Scott and Wanda

"How are you-" Nat started uneasy

"No, i'll go first" Peter said, having no idea where the confidence was coming from

"I don't know why i'm here, i don't know why your here, but what i do know is that i'm not joining a team that bullied and abused be as a child, if you don't remember let me refresh your memory, when i turned 15, i had been shot, you knew though didn't you Nat, but you carried on, hitting me in the places it hurt the most, you knew i had broken bones but you still continued to fight me as if i was a HYDRA agent, you never believed me when i said that my Aunt May was alive, you never bothered in comforting me when it came to me waking up mid panic attack and nightmare, none of you even bothered to question why i had scars on my face when I'd come back, the only person i could ever turn to was Cassie- you brought her up well Sir" he said turning to Scott at the end of it who gave a small 'Thankyou'

"I don't know why i should even help you after all you had done to me" Peter told them

"Is this true?" Wanda asked the rest of them

They all stayed quite, meaning 'Yes'

Wanda stood up and walked over to Peter and looked at him, Scott also went and stood next to Peter, without any words, they both said that they were no longer with Tony and his team, but with Peter

"Its all fun and games...until it's not" Peter said telling the Avengers the reality of what they had done.
