Peter Parker & The Avengers one shots

Lying until they're caught

Peter and MJ had always been good friends, they had known one another from High School and they had always been by one another's side. 

MJ had started working at SHIELD as soon as she left collage and Peter was now working along side the Avengers with a job at Stark Industries meaning that they would be able to see one another and guide one another through everything that they would need help with.

They were currently walking towards the training room, they both had a day off and decided to go and train and they would be able to talk about their up coming mission however something stopped them before they could walk through the door.

"Okay, lets make a bet, whoever can shoot the most within an hour gets to choose the next movie we watch" Peter dealt 

"Okay, if i win, we watch...The Black Dahlia and if you win..."

"We watch Star Wars"

"Which one?"

"Just wait and see"

Peter went to open the door however something stopped them, their jaws dropped it was Steve and Nat..........kissing!

"oh my god" They both whispered 

Peter hopped round the corner, pulling MJ with him

"How long do you think that has been going on for?"

"I don't know but by the looks of it, quite a while"

"i mean, should we tell someone?"

"Noooo, not yet, let them have their peace however"

"You want to investigate don't you?" Peter asked her, her smiling 

"I guess the movie is going to have to wait then" Peter smiled back agreeing with her inner thoughts

For the rest of the day Peter and MJ worked together getting the scoop on the pair watching them, watching their every move, it all seemed to click now, everything they had seen- they had been dating. How come they hadn't noticed until now?

It came to the end of the day, Peter and MJ walked into the lounge and noticed something, Steve and Nat, kissing once again.

Peter and MJ stood next to one another, Peter had his arm around MJ's shoulder, the pair trying not to laugh

Peter coughed getting their attention, the two avengers shot up and looked at the pair 

"How long have you been standing there?"

"Only about 3 seconds, however you both need to be more careful, we caught you thins morning in the shooting range"

"You didn't tell the others?"

"No, we thought you'd want to keep it all a secret for a while longer" MJ said walking forward

"Thankyou, but please don't tell anyone"

"Oh we won't don't worry, just be more careful before your caught once again" Peter told them, however it seems as they hadn't noticed someone coming down the corridor and they hadn't heard who had said the statement.

Tony walked in not looking up

"Caught once again in what?"

All four of them panicked, Nat thought quick on her feet and spoke up before any suspicions could whirl around in Tony's head 

"Peter and MJ"

The pair turned back round to look at Nat with shocked and panicked faces, Steve caught on to what she was doing and knew he'd have to say something to make it believe able
