Wanda had been keeping a secret. A very large secret, and she had been keeping it for quite a while. 

She had a boyfriend.

No-one on the team knew that Wanda was dating someone. She was 24 and was allowed to date. Even though it was against Clint's wishes and he would usually become like an over protective father when it came to even just talking to someone of the opposite sex. 

But what made it more or a secret was that the man she was dating knew the Avengers, and not just because they were the Avengers. 

Peter, the man who she was dating, was Spider-Man. He was an unofficial Avenger. He never actually joined the team but worked at SHIELD. To the teams knowledge Wanda and Peter had never met, ever. Maybe they had passed one another in a hall every once in a while, but other than that, they had never met.

They had been dating for almost a year and half now and had moved in together. Wanda managed to get her own apartment a couple of years ago so it wouldn't seem strange when she was leaving the compound at night. 

But eventually, once she met Peter, she did move in with Peter after 10 months because they were basically never apart and she spent most of her time at his anyway. 

Wanda was sat down in the lounge with the others while they waited for Tony to come and give them some news. 

"Wanda, your coming shopping with me tomorrow. God knows I can't take Steve so your coming with me." Natasha said as she entered the room.

Wanda looked up from the book she was reading. "Can't. I'm busy."

Natasha looked towards her, "You've been busy for the a while now, what could it possibly be this time?"

Natasha opened up the fridge before grabbing out a soda. 

"I'm with my boyfrien- no-one" Wanda said as she realised what she was telling them.

Natasha smirked, "Who now?"

"No, No-one, I-I just can't go" Wanda stuttered.

Natasha looked over to Sam who smirked towards her, "Did I just hear correctly or, did you just say you have a boyfriend?" 

Sam spoke as he lent forward. 

Wanda flustered through her book trying to change the subject.

Natasha smiled, "Okay then, I guess I'm just gonna have to go digging for who your dating" 

As Natasha got closer to the door Wanda gave in, "Okay! Yes I have a boyfriend!"

"So" Sam smirked, "When can we meet him?"

Wanda became flustered once more, "I- Uh, I- Er um, I-"

Natasha spoke, "Oh come on. How about we meet him this Friday, all of us. It's either that or...I can go digging to find out who your dating."

"Okay, fine, but you are breaking the news to Clint. I know I can't. Not after last time."

Sam looked confused, "What happened last time?"

Wanda turned to look at him, "He asked me where I was going and I told him I was going to meet a friend who is also a male and he got all...father-y, gave me the talk, told me to be safe. I was going to meet him and his new boyfriend."

Sam leaned back, "Maybe he was just being careful?"

Wanda spoke bluntly. "I was 23."

Natasha smiled again, "Okay then. Friday it is then."
