White walls surrounded him as if a prison stopping him from reaching the outside world. Chemical smells filled the air as his nose took in it's surroundings. How did he get here? Was he, Was he even here?

Every bone in his body was like a car crashing against a wall, his eyes slowly opening to be greeted by a bright light, one that could blind you if you wasn't too careful. At first he couldn't feel anything, not even a single piece of fabric.

With each passing second, he slowly started to feel what was around him and see, through watery eyes, where exactly he was.

He lay with a white shirt on, it being slightly too big for him. Underneath, he wore a pair of simple joggers, comfy and cozy but yet light enough to keep him cool. A thin cover lay over him, just covering him from the waist down. He had a bandage over his left hand and a IV line connected to the same arm. He had scratches upon his face along with a few burn marks which most had seemed to have healed over. He had a bruise on his right knuckles aswell as a couple cuts since he had hit so hard.

He could hear a distant sound of light beeping, he looked over to his left to see a machine which the IV connected to. His right shown a machine closer to the wall, monitoring his heart rate.

He was trying to remember what happened but it was vague.

He was stood across from agents, people who he had to take down while the rest of his team were out fighting more outside of the building. The man across from him had spoke, enraging Peter to throw a punch straight to his face. He was then smelling smoke, looking round to see a fire growing rapidly from behind him due to a distant bomb going off.

Something vividly stuck out in his mind. A girl, no. Woman.

She stood out in his memory as if he was reliving it.

Peter was lay on the ground, an agent knelt at his side, pinning him down so he was unable to get up

"Best say goodbye now" The agent sneered

"You-You don't want to do this" Peter managed to say through the pain

Peter looked to his left and saw MJ stood there, tears in her eyes, Steve stood next to her, his arm placed out to stop her from running to him. He knew Peter wouldn't want her to get hurt.

Peter looked back at the agent who had a fury in his eyes, ready to kill Peter, ready to watch him take his last breath.

"You kill me, you know what's going to happen" Peter told him

"I know exactly what will happen" He smirked, evil and murder written all over his face

He bent down and whispered into Peter's ear whilst holding him down.

"Say goodbye"

He lent back up and raised his fist to Peter's head, he knew Peter was already loosing consciousness so this would finish him off, he swung his arm up before taking one final hit to Peter.

Peter's head stayed at its side, he was out, a slight cut on his head.

That was when Steve got given the command, shoot.

He shot the agent down, dead within seconds.

Peter couldn't remember much after he had blacked out except for hearing MJ telling Steve to call for SHIELD and a ambulance.

He opened his eyes once more at the sound of a door opening, the same woman from hos memory.

"Peter?"

"MJ?" His voice at first quiet and raspy

She ran over to his bed and hugged him, sitting on it's edge

"I thought i was dead" He said dazed and confused

"So did i" she spoke with tears in her eyes

"What happened?" he asked her

"You don't remember"

"I remember bits but not alot"

"Once you blacked out me and Steve tried to get you breathing again, luckily Steve managed to knock some wind into you after 4 minuets"

"You counted?"

"I couldn't stop, i just wanted you to breathe again, i- i didn't want to loose you" She said speaking truthfully

Peter gave a small smile laugh, "You could never loose me"

MJ thought about it for a second before leaving in, placing a kiss on his lips to which he kissed back.

"Promise me, you won't ever leave" MJ asked him

"I promise" He smiled, placing his hand on her cheek before pulling her in for a kiss once more.
