You Won't

Tobin's POV

"He's going to take Connor away from me Tobin!" Lee sobs into my chest

"Baby it's okay calm down he's not going to take him away from you from us" I say as I rub her back

"You don't know that! Connor could be taken away from me! From us! " She yells into my chest

"I won't let that happen I promise you that as long as I'm by your side Connor won't leave"

"Help me" Lee said weakly

"I will help you with anything you need" I kiss her head

"Take a shower with me please? I don't want to be alone" she says in between sobs

"Okay come on let's go take a shower before we leave to the airport" I say and we head to the bathroom. Lee undresses as do I and we both get into the shower with some warm water. I wrap my arms around her and rest my head on top of hers. Perks of being taller.

"I'm scared" Lee mumbles into me and I sigh

"Don't worry baby everything will turn out fine he won't be taken away from you"

"What if he does get taken away from me? Then what Tobin?" I cup her face in my hands as I stroke my thumb on her cheeks

"Look at me babe" I wait until she finally looks up to me "I will not let that happen Emily! He will not leave our side I will do anything and everything I can for that not to happen"

"Don't leave"

"I won't"

Emily's POV

"We need to get to the lawyers office now" D says and I nod

"I'm going to call Jill and let her know I can't go to the games until this is resolved" Tobin says

"Okay can you call Sofia as well" I ask Tobin and she nods

"I love you everything will be okay" Tobin pecks my lips and goes back inside the house where Cheney and Connor are watching a movie

"Come on we gotta go now they're waiting for us" D says and I nod so we get into the car and drive to the lawyers office which was a fifteen minute drive

"Does he look the same?" I ask D and he nods "Then why the hell does he want custody! Does he work now?" D shakes his head "Then!"

"I don't know money? Em I don't know! He literally found me and somehow he knew that my sister had a kid and that it's his"

"Fuck" I yell and hit the dashboard

"Relax we have enough evidence for him not to get custody of Connor or any visitation I mean the way I saw him he looks the same" D says

"I hope you're right D because I'm not losing Connor to some lunatic like him" I sigh

"Come on we're here" we both get out the car and walk inside where we meet our lawyer

"They're in here remember don't do anything that could set off his lawyer into claiming you are not responsible" our lawyer says and we nod

"Daniel. Emily" he says clearly

"Jose" D and I both say

"Take a seat" his lawyer says and we sit down "Alright let's start"

Tobin's POV

"Cheney! Help me!" I yell

"Tobin calm down and call Jill she has to know" Cheney puts her hand on my shoulder
