Hitting and deflecting each other with a metal pipe, the two male jumped away from each other again. Treating the weapon in hand like spears.

Ash's wound began to open up, his blood spreading on the lower side of his waist as he panted heavy breaths. The girl had lost consciousness together with the sudden explosion from the building that nearly made her fall. It was a good thing that the older blonde was able to grab her before she did so. Hiding her aside the tall pillar.

"You're afraid of me aren't you?" The smirking Foxx asked, attacking him with the pipe in hand.

Ash deflected, trying to hit back but the older had dodged it with ease. The boy hissed, jumping on the other's weapon, used it as a leverage and made a one-eighty degree kick towards his head. The enemy stepped back before he could even reach his heel, kicking him back that caused him to fly out, hitting the back of his head to a metal box.

Grunting, it didn't took long before the older pounded on top of him with a victorious smirk on his face. Using the metal pipe to entrap his neck the hardest he could, care less whether he was strangling him.

"I'll make you remember." Foxx growled. "You and that Y/n brat are no more that little whores playing around every men's fingers. What different would it make if another person controls you, huh?" He asked.

"Shut up!" Ash kicked his feet to show protests. He struggles from the pipe that was making him breathless while the man insulting atop him was even too confident to speak his plans. The blonde could make any facial expressions now, regardless he was in the right place to do so. However, he did not. He looked around, finding a drill(ahhhh!!! Can you guys tell me what Ash got? I mean, is it drill, nail drill, whatever? That twirling, pointy edged gun-like construction equipment! I can't recall what it's called, it's already on the tip of my tongue, but shit's got something against my eloquence. Save meh!!!), stretching his free hand, while the other tried it's  best to push up, keeping himself away from being strangled.

Finally being able to put his hand on the hopeful weapon, he looked at Foxx. From his victorious smirk, it didn't seem like he found out that the young blonde was able to get a hold of any weapon yet, making it easier to snuck it back and without further hesitation, he drilled the equipment right into his stomach.

Stunned, he looked down on his belly. Blood gushed out from the hole it's made but Ash wasn't ready to let go of it yet, pushing his hand further to create a hole in his body. Slowly the pain consummate the man, his muscles weakens until the strength he's had left no longer burdened the blonde that only his weight was pushed aside.

He stood up, giving one final looked at the devil before he ran toward Y/n who was still unconscious from losing much blood. Ash could feel the complications in his body as well. His shoulder was stabbed, his previous gunshot wound opened and his body was even drugged. What more can he take?

"Y/n? Are you okay? We're leaving this shithole now, don't worry." He whispered. Carefully pulling the girl up, he slung her hands to his shoulders, carrying her in his back as he was preparing his exit. But before he could leave, a shout a floor down made him pause.

Instinctively, he peeked from the open and saw Sing hanging on the side. "Dammit." He cursed underneath his breath. "Sing! Stay still, I'm coming!" Running down the floor while a girl asleep on his back and a weak body to behold, he hardly made it fast. But if the young chinese boy would die that way, Y/n wouldn't be even pleased to hear that he let the boy she loved die.

However, on time. When Sing couldn't carry himself up anymore, his hand slipped off the bar he was holding on to. It was fortunate that Ash was able to catch his wrist before it's too late. "Give me your other hand!"

"But this case!" Sing responded unsure.

The blonde sighed. Smiling lightly as he turned to him, nodding his head to the girl he's carrying behind him. "Y/n's more important than that. Let it go now."

Hesitantly, the Chinese raven looked at the suit case one last time. Not even breathing when he slowly unload the item from his hand and watched it fall into the sea of fire. His body dangled slowly before he stretched up his other hand to reach for him.

His eyes trailed towards the unconscious girl in his back. "She fainted from blood loss." Ash explained.

As he was about to pull the young man from the end of the building, however, was immediately stopped by a gun cocking. He frowned, his body instinctively tried to drop the girl in his back to make sure that the possible shot won't hit her once the trigger was pulled.

"If I were you, I'd drop the boy down." Foxx's voice tingled irritatingly into the boy's ears, his hold on the young Asian's hand tighten while he stayed on his common ground.

Sing was as surprised. He didn't want to burden Ash as much as he wanted the girl safe even with him oit of the picture. "Let me go, Ash!" He tried loosening his hold from the blonde, but the other didnt budge.

"Don't move!" Instead the latter demanded. His mind couldn't dictate which picture could get any worse than this situation. He's done a lot of decision, and letting the boy Y/n loves die wasn't part of the option he's willing to risk for. His sweat dribbled down his chin, slowly it dropped and soaked the concrete floor.

"In the end, you two will be mine." The old man smiled in post celebration of his post victory. At long last. Or so he though... few seconds as he stood behind the young blonde's back, his head yanked aside with a gun he didn't expect that would hit him. Both temples created holes when the bullet passed through, eyes wide as to the unexpected death he deserved.

Ash, stunned by his enemy's death, turned towards the one who saved him, only to be even more surprised to see Dino standing on his feet. His suit draped with his own blood while his eyes stared directly into the younger's green ones.

The young american pulled his comrade up from certain fall, feeling the heat of the crimson fire and the hiss of New York's untamed wind. The fragments of ashes flying up like fireflies in the evening of the city.

Still, Dino, meaty arms holding up the gun that ended Foxx's life and slowly, as if the clock had played time to his line of sight, the old man tripped aside. His body falling into the sea of fire. Ash ran back into the side of yhe building to see him fall. Speechless and shocked to witness the end of his sufferings, still his eyes were locked into the young man's until in a blink, his body nor silhouette vanished into the rampaging blaze.

"The fire is too strong. We can't collect any bones left." Sing softly said.

"You think... he deserved that death?" Y/n spoke behind them, making the two's attention turned to her.

Ash smiled faintly. "What do you think should he deserve?" He asked.

"I don't know." She held her bleeding leg. Helping herself up while the boy ran to aid her. "Maybe he should go to jail and face all of his malices. Repent for what he's done?" She suggested unsure.

"You're right." Ash replied but deep into his thought, he was fine with keeping it end this way.

"You're still soft hearted, daughter." Blanca now appeared into the scene behind them (fucc- I'm suddenly hearing thanos here... 😂).

Ash sighed. "You were watching right?" He said.

"Yeah." Wiping the dirt on his face, he said.

"Damn you. Just save us already the ." The blonde complained holding up his hand to his shoulder.

"I just thought that you wanted to end it your way." The raven replied.

As the two spoke, both Y/n and Sing watched them amused. The blonde had already complained about the man's habit of literating monologues from Indiana Jones with utmost similarity, grunting while being pushed into the building's exit.
