Lahat ng mga tauhan na kasama ni Dan ay muntikan ng mabuwal mula sa kanilang kinatatayuan noong biglang yumanig ang lupa. The only ones who remained unfazed by the sudden tremor was Garp, Trois, and Dan who is most likely the cause of it.
"Tremor huh.. that's one terrifying excelium you got there, kid." komento ng matanda. Dan smirked and the shaking just intensified.
"I won't let you live any longer. 89 years of living is more than enough, isn't it?"
"Hmm.. I'm greedy so actually no. I'm still going to have a nice bottle of beer tomorrow."
"What a shame. You won't even get to open your eyes in the morning." Dan said with a cold expression on as he slowly raise his hand.
But before he could even raise it completely, his eyes widen when something is already pointed at his neck. "Good evening." he felt a cold sensation run down his spine when he heard the cold emotionless voice on his left ear.
He looked at his side and saw a blood spilling on the floor. It must be from his men that was behind him. He didn't feel it. This person's presence nor her footsteps.
"I've heard that you are looking for me." that's when he knew that the thing that is pointing on his neck was her finger, most likely her middle one and he could feel that the woman can kill him just with it.
"What does she want from me?"she asked even though she already knew what the goddess needed from her. She has to hide the fact that she expected the goddess to invade the academy for the book that she seek. Zai squinted her eyes when the boy didn't answer. "I'm impatient."
Dan chuckled, "Your patience is shorter than a kid's. What we want from you is the book. You should already know what we are talking about."
"Hmm.. I see. But I won't give you that book. It almost caused me my life just to have it. Touching it is even forbidden." Zai gave him some fake information.
Garp stared at the girl. Her personality slightly changed. She's acting like an average level criminal. As if she's hiding her true colors from the enemy. And he must say, that the girl is good at it.
Dan laughed, "Too bad. Then we'll just have to squeeze the information out of you."
All of a sudden, someone came in from the door and was about to drop her big sword at Zai's back to slash her in half but Trois appeared behind Zai and grabbed the blade with only hand, stopping it from harming the girl. Cast's eyes widen as she stare at Trois' face. How could this small boy stop her big sword with just his one hand?
Tumalon palayo si Cast at inilagay ang malaking espada sa kaniyang balikat. Trois stared at his enemy. May suot itong kimono but it wasn't worn formal. Medyo nakikita ang hita nito at ang dibdib nito na tinakpan ng puting benda. Ang buhok nito ay medyo magulo rin ang pagkakatali at tila isang lalaki kung kumilos.
Cast smirked, "She's grabbing you by the neck Dan. How pathetic." but instead of getting taunted, Dan chuckled. Muling yumanig ang lupa, mas malakas pa kaysa kanina.
The ground began to have cracks and so as the walls. Cast immediately attacked Trois but Trois disappeared in a blink of an eye and appeared on her side. He was about to attack her with his hands covered in electricity but Cast used her big sword as protection.
Zai was about to stab the boy's neck with her finger but Dan grabbed her hand and used his strength to slam her body to the floor in front of him. Zai coughed when her back hit the hard floor. She never expected that the young boy has so much strength. Dan chuckled but he immediately dodged when Garp swing a spear at him. Zai used that little amount of time to stand up and attacked the boy again.
While Dan is still in midair after dodging Garp's attack, Zai grabbed his neck and slammed his body on the floor. Dan coughed blood when Zai did so. He glared at Zai but he slightly wavered when he saw how Zai glare at him. The girl is already willing to kill him. Her eyes are cold but you can feel how intense her rage is.
He squinted his eyes when Zai's grip on his neck tightened. He grabbed her wrist but it was futile. "Ah! Cast!" he called.
Cast swing her sword at Trois but Trois just chuckled while dodging it, "I got my hands full right now, kid. Take care of it on your own."
"Damn it..! I won't die again!" Dan yelled and they all felt an intense tremor once more. Zai glanced at the ground and saw that it was already breaking.
She glanced back at the kid and saw that he was desperately trying to get out of her grip, "Keep it down.." Zai whispered and with one hand she broke his neck. All of them heard how his neck broke.
Cast clicked her tongue and stared at Trois who's holding her blade with his full gauntlet that is made in electricity. She pushed him away by swinging her sword to create some distance. Then she glanced at the window, "Until when are you gonna keep on watching, Xhen?"
The room became silent when they heard some footsteps coming from the door. They heard a man chuckled, "How pitiful."
Garp squinted his eyes when he felt the atmosphere suddenly became heavy. A man showed up and Garp could feel how big his presence is. Zai squinted her eyes. It was the man who showed up in the field along with the other invaders when she was fighting Garo. She glanced at his hand and saw that it was restored. The hand that she cut.
Not only that, she could also feel that this man isn't' just like before. He's stronger and more powerful now. She can see it by just feeling his presence. This is bad. This man is totally out of their league.
"Zai, Trois. Take Shane with you and escape." Zai glanced at Garp when he said so.
Garp pointed his spear at the new guest. He can sense that the situation will only get worse if they stay here for another minute. He can also feel some presence surrounding his house. They're like rats that is trapped in a cage surrounded by cats.
After staring at the old man, Zai nodded. Trois chuckled and suddenly appeared beside Shane who is still trying to lift his body up the ground. He grabbed him and put him on his shoulder.
"Go to the basement. There's an escape route there. Go. Quickly." Zai nodded and walked to the door of the basement but Shane resisted.
"Ibaba niyo 'ko! Hoy tanda! Anong pumasok na naman sa kokote mo ha?! Sumama ka na samin!" sigaw ni Shane ngunit hindi siya tiningnan ng matanda.
"Humans really are weak.." Xhen said with a smirk visible on his lips. He raised his hand slowly.
Garp smiled, "Just get the hell out of here, brat." he looked at the boy with his smile still visible on his lips, "Get me some booze when you return."
Garp looked back at Xhen. Xhen chuckled and attacked. Garp swing his spear but Xhen was a second faster. Shane's eyes widen when Xhen's hand stabbed the old man's chest.
Tears fell as he yell, "TANDA!!"
