Every country and every city didn't return to normal. They refused to do so. Things changed for the better. Weaponry, transportation, technologies, and even facilities. They took advantage of all the things that was left behind by that war.
Trading industries experienced massive improvements in each nations. Money became more important and many big names resonated throughout evey nation.
New generation has emerged. Stepping onto the ground of the newly renovated academy that made its standard even higher than before. You won't graduate if you're weak and dumb. If you won't take it seriously, then you'll just waste the time you have invested in the academy.
The standard for power? You have to be strong enough to stand against higher officials. The standard was established while considering the strength they have witnessed when Zaivrin Hevrion raised a short knife against hundred soldiers.
The standard for knowledge? You have to make sure that you won't fail an exam throughout your years in the academy.
High quality. That's what King Ezio wants the academy to produce. You won't graduate even if you belong to a well-known family or royalty. Money matters outside the school grounds but efficiency is what needed inside of it.
All kingdoms are at its peak. Many cities became prosperous and it became normal for everyone. Smiles, satisfaction, and dreams were there.
But the sound of a breaking glass was heard. It cracked and cracked until it broke. Water spilled and it washed the sleeping demon away.
Eight years. Eight years have passed.
Her eyelids slowly opened, revealing her gray orbs that wasn't seen for almost a decade. The side of her lips slowly lifted, showing a devilish grin.
