They dated for several months before finally letting the girls into their relationship. They met up for dinners and took the girls to the movies. Ember and Adalee were talking more and ended up developing a friendship that was tight. Ainsley was a little lonely, but she took every possible opportunity to bother both girls and spend time with them.

The slowness of their relationship led them all to get used to each other and what this all meant. How they all meant to each other.

"So are we going to be leaving the house anytime soon?" Adalee asked as they moved back in with Trevor. Adalee and Ainsley were sharing a room now, just so that Ember didn't feel like she was being forced into something. That she was being forced to have a relationship with her step-sisters.

"No, honey. I think that we will be staying here for good." Olivia smiled. She reached out and caressed her daughter's hair before leaning close and kissing her forehead gently.

"I think that Daddy would want us to be here. He'd want us to be happy." Adalee smiled. She looked her mother over for a moment before hugging her tightly.

"What's that for, Addie?"

"It's a thank you for this all. For letting us be a family. For the first time since Daddy died."

Olivia panted as she felt her husband lay back beside her. She felt as her chest rose and fell as she tried to catch her breath for the second time in the last hour. She looked over at her husband and he was breathing just as heavily as she was.

"Trevor?" Olivia asked, as she grabbed the sheet and tugged it over her body.

"Yeah?"

"I stopped taking my birth control..." Olivia trailed off, before glancing at her husband. Trevor was smiling, and he reached over and grabbed her hand before squeezing it tightly.

"I'm happy that you are off of it." He smiled. Olivia looked at him with wide eyes. She knew that even talking about contraceptives was a weird concept to talk about with Elliot before he passed. It was like he wanted to tell her when or when not they would have a baby.

"You are?" She asked.

"I am. It means that what we just did might lead us to have a baby together. I have thought about the year we weren't together... and how that was us wasting time. We could be expecting our second kid by now." Trevor spoke. Olivia swallowed hard as she leaned forward and raked her fingers through her hair.

"Liv?" Trevor questioned quietly.

"I'm honestly so scared to get pregnant... I want a baby with you, but I bled with both pregnancies. With Adalee, I almost lost her halfway through my pregnancy. And Ainsley... I bled through my whole labor, and then I started to bleed out after she was born. I'm scared that I'll bleed again this time... but I won't make it." Olivia spoke. She felt as the bed shift under her husband's weight, and then she felt as his arms wrapped around her body.

He ran his hands over her bare body, before leaving his hands against her stomach.

"No matter what happens, I will be there for you. I'll take you to the hospital if you want to make sure everything is good. I'll make sure that all of your fears are eased. Do you understand me, Olivia?"

"I do." Olivia sniffled, before breaking into full sobs. She had that she was crying, but she had been so scared about telling Trevor about this all, but she was so thankful that he was so understanding and was excited about trying for a baby.

A few weeks passed, and Olivia started to feel sick. She knew right off that she was pregnant. She didn't even take a test before heading to the doctor's office to get it confirmed. Trevor and Olivia hadn't been trying for a baby before Olivia told her husband about her stopping her birth control, but she had been off of it for a while. Like for the two months they had been living together again.

Olivia sat on the edge of the examination table as she swung her legs. She had been nervous when she found out about Adalee and Ainsley, but this was different. This baby was Trevor's... not Elliot's. It almost broke Olivia's heart because her first love was actually dead.

"Alright, Olivia. How are you feeling?" Dr. Harris asked as she walked into the room. Olivia bit her lip before speaking.

"I'm feeling pregnant..." She spoke quietly.

"Pregnant?" Dr. Harris asked with wide eyes. She knew that the father to both of Olivia's girls had passed, so she didn't know who the new guy could be.

"I don't know if you saw, but I changed my name. I'm Olivia Langan now because I'm married. My husband and I have been trying for a baby, and I feel like I did when I was pregnant with Adalee and Ainsley. I feel bloated, tired, and a little weak. I've been getting sick randomly during the day, but I haven't told my husband." Olivia spoke.

"Wow... well, let's get this going."

Dr. Harris did the usual testing. She gave Olivia an internal examination, drew blood, and made sure that Olivia was in good health as they waited for the blood test to come back. Olivia talked about Trevor, and how he had been so excited when she said she was ready to try for a baby.

"Dr. Harris, the results are back." A nurse spoke quietly, as she knocked on the door to Olivia's room. Dr. Harris took the paper into her hands before shutting the door. She sat down before opening the paper. She looked through it, before looking up at Olivia.

"We need to talk." Dr. Harris spoke, and Olivia swallowed hard.

"What do you mean?" She asked, nervously.

"You aren't pregnant... but the results show some weird blood levels."

"Dr. Harris... what does this mean?" Olivia swallowed hard.

"I'd like to take some more blood and do more panels... and I'd like to do an ultrasound. We will see what's happening soon. Just don't get too worried."
