"You are lying..." Trevor trailed off as tears welled in his eyes.
"I'm not Trevor... she asked me while we were going through-"
"I don't care what you were going through, Olivia! I just want to know why the hell you think you can just take my kids from me!" Trevor yelled.
"I'm not taking your kids from you, Trevor! They don't want to be with you because you are such an ass! You abandoned them and you abandoned me! Trevor, you picked Angie over your entire family!" Olivia cried.
"You aren't taking Ember from me!" Trevor screamed.
"See... you don't even care about Adalee, Ainsley, Garrett, or this baby..." Olivia sobbed. The door swung open quickly and the nurse came in and security sat outside of the door.
"Sir, you need to leave. I will not let you harass my patient." The nurse demanded, and Trevor just shook his head before reaching to grab Olivia by her arm.
"Do not touch her, or we will call the cops." The security officer spoke sternly.
"I will be picking Ember and Garrett up from the house tonight. They are my kids, and I'll be keeping them." Trevor growled.

Olivia paced the length of the living room that night as hot tears slipped down her cheeks. She was scared to death that Trevor was really going to show up and try to take Ember and Garrett. The kids were all upstairs, so they weren't witnessing their mother's anxious behavior. Or the way she jumped when Trevor knocked on the front door.
"I'm not letting you in." Olivia whimpered.
"Those are my kids, Olivia!" Trevor yelled.
"What do you think the court is going to think when they hear that you haven't spent more than five minutes with these kids in weeks? Huh? Because I don't think a judge will be happy because you have been a horrible father and Angie has never been a good mother to Ember! I will fight for her because she's my daughter even if I didn't give birth to her... and Garrett is my baby! You won't take my son and daughter from me!" Olivia yelled back.
"Let me talk to him, Momma," Ember spoke gently, as she gently rested her hand on Olivia's arm. Olivia shook from the sudden touch, and she nodded hesitantly as she stepped away from the door, and anxiously ran her hand over her stomach.
Ember took a slow breath before opening the front door. Trevor looked down at his daughter before swallowing hard.
"Go get your brother-"
"Dad, I'm not leaving. Garrett isn't leaving. We are staying here with Momma. I know that you are just acting like an ass to make Olivia feel bad, but she's done nothing wrong. She's the best thing that has ever happened to us, but you can't remember that. If you ever want a relationship with me, I need you and Angie to sign away your rights to me... and you need to sign away your rights to Garrett and my baby sister." Ember spoke as calmly as she could.
"I'm not just going to-"
"We will come to you when we are ready. But if you don't do this and pull us away from the one safe place we have, we will never forgive you... Garrett is only going on two, and he already tenses up and starts to cry when he hears your voice. Clearly he isn't too fond of you either." Ember breathed.
Trevor swallowed hard before looking back at Olivia. She was shaking visibly from where she was sitting on the couch, and Trevor felt bad. It shocked him, but he was hating himself for not realizing how much he was hurting Olivia.
"Okay..." He whispered.
"Go home then, Dad. Momma will send you the stuff you need to sign." Ember spoke, before shutting the door. She locked it before moving to where Olivia sat.
"You didn't need to do that..." Olivia whispered.
"I did though, Momma. It's the only way I can make sure we can stay together."

When the time came, Trevor signed away his rights to his children. It broke his heart to know that he had no claim to his kids, but he was praying that he'd eventually get to see them again. Olivia was hoping that he'd pull his head out of his ass and realize that he made the wrong choice and should have stayed with her instead of divorcing her and moving onto Angie.
Times were tough in the house, and Olivia had to go back to work. It was hard for her since she hadn't worked in so long and couldn't be on the rig with Felix. But they needed money, and Olivia needed to get out more than she did when she was just a stay at home mom.
Serena moved in to help out with her grandkids, which the number was growing to five grandchildren just from Olivia.
"She looks like Adalee and Ainsley." Felix smiled, as he stood in his best friend's hospital room after she had the baby.
"She does... but she has dimples like Ember and Garrett." Olivia smiled tiredly.
"Did Trevor return your call?" Felix asked, and Olivia shook her head.
"No. I guess he doesn't want to meet his youngest daughter." Olivia breathed.
"Then I guess you get to name her without his help." Felix grinned. Olivia rolled her eyes as she let out a noisy yawn.
"I have no idea what I want to name her, though... I expected that Trevor would have been here. That he would help. But instead, my mother was here, and now you are." Olivia breathed.
"Then I'll help name her. I'm tired of not being able to call her by an actual name."
"Then I guess you can name her because I have no idea..." Olivia whimpered. Tears slipped down her cheeks, and Felix was quick to move to her. He laid the baby in her arms before kissing the top of her head.
"I'm not naming your daughter Olivia... and I'm going to go out and make a call. I'll be back soon." Felix smiled. He left the room quickly as Olivia cried. She kept looking at her daughter, but couldn't figure out what she should name her.
"I'm sorry, love... I'm a real disappointment."
