Chapter 41: Let the games begin

"What now?" Six asked.

Nagkatinginan silang lahat. Pare parehong napabuntong hininga dahil hindi alam kung ano ang gagawin.

Papunta sana sila sa Villa ng kanilang kasamahan, kay Twelve pero hindi magandang insidente ang kanilang inabutan. Sumabog ang Villa nito at natupok nang apoy. Sa ngayon ay tanging abo na lamang ang natira dito. Hindi nila mahanap ang kasamahan at may nadamay pa sa pangyayaring ito.

Isang babae ang nakita nilang sugatan at walang malay hindi kalayuan sa villa ni Twelve. Nais man nila itong dalhin sa ospital ng Academy ay hindi maari. Walang kasiguraduhan ang kahit saan lalo na sa estado ng lugar na to sa kasalukuyan.

"She needs to be treated." Ten said an they all sighed in return.

"Meron naman sigurong medical kit na nakatago sa lugar na to. Bilisan niyo ang paghahanap ang kukupad niyo!" Five was starting to get impatient.

"Stop b*tching out! Kung tumulong ka kaya sa paghahanap tsk." Nine rolled her eyes irritated.

"Calm your asses down would you? Just  look for that f*cking medicine kit." Eight glared at all of them.

And that's what they all did. They searched everywhere. Every nook and cranny but still found nothing.

"Damn it! We have no choice. Six, call Ace and ask for help." Ten faced his palm in annoyance.

"What? Nababaliw ka na ba?! Ano na lang ang sasabihin ni Ace na nagdala tayo ng tao dito sa base?" Five exclaimed. She is totally disagreeing with the idea of calling Ace.

They all knew it too well. Ace is a private person. Too private that he instructed them in detail to not disturb him at all cost. Whatever the case may be.

"Stop over reacting Five! This is an emergency. A person's life depends on it. We can't bring her to the academy hospital nor everywhere. This is the safest place as of this moment. What would you do if she dies? Ikaw ba ng magiging responsable?" Eight glared at Five.

"Eh paano ang hihingiin niyang kapalit? Handa ba kayong tanggapin ang kahit na anong hilingin niya matapos nito?!" Five gave them all a piercing gaze. "Ace never helped for free." She added in high notes.

He would surely ask for something in return and that's what they are all afraid of. They never want to be in debt especially not with the monster.

"F*ck that thing. Alalahanin na lang natin yan kapag nandyan na. I'm calling him!" Six immediately took his phone out to dial but..."Damn it! Bakit walang signal?! Please check all your phones for reception!"

Ginawa naman nilang lahat at pare parehong wala kaya umiling silang lahat sa kanya well lahat puwera kay Five na nakataas ang kilay sa kanilang lahat.

"What? Wala ring signal ang akin for Pete's sake if I know baka pinutol na ng demonyong hood na yon ang linya tsk." Five bursted out as she rolled her eyes.

Doon sila naalarma. Dahil kung totoo nga Ito then they might have been cut off from the rest of the country. Meaning communication from the outside would be totally impossible.

"Six check it! Eight please take care of her." Nine and Ten commanded in unison. Eight tear up her shirt into pieces. Pinambalot niya Ito pansamantala sa nagdurugong mga sugat ng babaeng nakaratay sa couch ng base nila.

"On it! F*ck!" Kulang na lang ay mabutas ang kamay ni Six sa pagtype sa kanyang keyboard. "He locked down all cell sites not just here but the whole country  that f*cking hood I'm so gonna kill him!"

"What the f*ck?" They all cursed at Six' complaints.

"I can fix this but I need time. We won't be able to communicate from the outside for a while but I'll try to infiltrate the lock down. If I can manage to get at least 3 bugs then we may be able to communicate again but that means we can't ask Ace for help." Six sighed.
