After much investigation and much needed time off Betty took the information she had gathered and drove towards the town she ran away from to officially leave. She was relieved to find that Nicole was not home. It being her weekend off she knew she was probably with her girlfriend. Without hesitation she began packing all her children's belongings.

' I think that's it. Now time to end this sham of a marriage.'

Betty knew that Nicole only looked for her and the kids for the first week and continued with her life after. They had been gone for three weeks and she was still to tell her children what had happened. They were still under Samu's roof but she was looking for her own place much to Samu's disappointment.

' Can't believe I'm still crying over this idiot. Stop being a little bitch Betty!'

She gave herself a pep talk as she slowly knocked on the front door. Nicole was the one to open the door and her eyes almost fell out when she realized who it was on the front door.

' Betty?! How did you _ Where have you been?! I've been worried sick and looking for you every-'

' Babe who is it?'

Her girlfriend came behind her and wrapped her hands around her waste. When she saw it was Betty, she smiled like a Cheshire cat.

' Oh hey Betty. How can we help you?'

Betty shook her head and opened her mouth to say something but Nicole spoke before she could.

' Queen, can you excuse us for a second.'

' I hope you're going to tell her that your marriage is over.'

' Queen!!'

' I did not come here for all that. I just came over here to give you this.'

Betty walked off as soon as Nicole took the unsealed envelope from her. Nicole rushed after her and held her door back when she tried to close it.

' Betty I swear this is not what you think it i-'

' I do not care for your lies anymore. I'm done with you and this marriage. See you in court to discuss custody of the children.'

' You know if you do this you're not getting anything from me.'

' I don't want anything. Maybe once upon a time you loved me but let's be honest you no longer do-'

Nicole cut her off.

' I do love-'

' How do you treat someone you love so badly and how are you embarrassed by the mother of your children. I've been with you through hell and back. I did things I never thought I could do just to try and keep you inlove with me and happy. Thanks for having this affair though, it woke me and made me realise how I've been fighting for this marriage alone.'

Betty felt tears choke her as Nicole stood infront of her with a hurt and confused look on her face. She also seemed like she was not sure about what was happening at that moment. Betty did not understand why she was hurt.

' Please -'

' It's too late for that but I truly hope your happy.'

Betty wiped her tears as she drove away. Looking forward to her knew life.
