It was now 4:30 in the pm and I was laying in my bed with a sleeping Layla. I was looking at the Aaliyah movie, it was the part when her and r.kelly came back talking about they married. I would have beat my daughters ass.anyway I heard a knock on the door.
Me: come in
August peeped his head in, I smiled
August: can I come in
I nodded and he sat on the edge of my bed
We'll um big homie and jay heard you back in town and wanted to come see you
I got happy, my big homie wanted to come see me.he was the best. I looked at Layla, then calmed down and got up.
I fixed my hair a little,and put back on my shoes. I jogged downstairs,and there they were jay and my big homie. I hugged jay and then my big homie(Russ or Russell). Big homie was like a dad that I never had and jay was his son. Jay was cute, light skinned,tatted,curly hair,and had piercings. Big homie is a little on the chubbier side,light skinned,a nd yeah. I had a huge smile on my face.
Bh: wassup lil gurl, I haven't seen you in like forever
Me: yeah I been doing things, ta know big gurl stuff

Me:upstairs taking a nap.....she tired from the plane ride

I went to the refrigerator and got me a water bottle and went back upstairs. When I went up there Layla was awoke.she looked at me and smiled.this girl turned from my movie and turned on wow wow wubbzy. It's alrite tho because I was on my phone anyway. I hoped back in the bed and put in my headphones and turned on weekend-often. I was acting like I was listening to Layla so she would leave me alone.i slowly drifted to sleep.
6:30 pm
I woke up and Layla wasn't next to me. When I woke up I was listening to Rock The Boat-Aaliyah. I took out my ear buds and raped my hair into a messy bun.i slowly went down the stairs and only seen Jenny and Jason on the couch.
Me:where everybody at
Jenny: they went home to get ready, i was bout to come we u up,but now let's get ready together
I nodded my head and went back upstairs and put Layla in the bed with my mom and went back to my room. Jenny was already in my room with her clothes.she juss got out the shower and was wrapped into a towel.i told her I was bout to take a shower and got in the shower, I stayed in there for about 30 minutes washing my body and hair repeatedly. When I got out a wrapped my body with a towel and let my hair flow free. I walked out the bathroom and Jenny was fully dressed she had on

Jenny: I try, I try, but when you done getting dressed can you do my makeup
Me: yeah and when I'm done getting dressed can you do my hair
She nodded started thinking how to wear her hair
I went In the closet and put on "like what you see" matching panty set. I put on

I sat on my bed and she end up doing my hair in neat and tight curls. I put on some black lipstick and gloss
I put eyeliner blush and eye shadow for ma sister. I put a bun at the top of her head, she was lookin like a super model to me. I grabbed my phone and walked downstairs. The only people in the living room were August,Jason, lance,and Latoya. I guess Janie and janevae couldn't make it.
