after blackpink disbands, jennie decides she still wants to be an idol, but rosé thinks her time is done. they buy a house in australia & do part time living back and forth. they go through a rough patch when it's released that they're dating. will...
Jennie had just gotten to she and Rosé's house. She had just finished cleaning up and decided to hang out in the living room. Well, she was until she heard the from door open. She looked up and there she was. Roseanne Park. Jennie quickly stood up. She adjusted her clothes, letting out a breath.
"Hey."
Rosé stared at her.
"I didn't know you were coming over here today," Jennie continued. "I would've gotten a hotel or went to a friend's house or something if I did."
No response. Rosé just sat her bag down, still looking at Jennie.
"I can leave if you want me to. I haven't unpacked anything. It'll be no problem."
Rosé began walking over to her.
"I can go grab it right now, if you planned on staying the night."
Rosé stopped in front of her.
"I didn't mean to show up without notice. I just thought you would be with Alice—"
Rosé placed her hand on Jennie's cheek.
"What are you—"
"Shh," Rosé shushed her, leaning in.
After months, they finally kissed again. Ever after it being months since they kissed, since they broke up, there was still a spark. A something. There was hope.
Jennie placed her hands on Rosé's face, pulling away. She looked into her eyes, furrowing her brows in confusion. Rosé tucked some of the girl's hair behind her ear, shaking her head.
"I love you so much," she said.
Jennie smiled, tears forming in her eyes. "I'm so sorry."
"What for?" Rosé had so much love and adoration in her eyes.
"For not being someone you can trust."
"You did nothing wrong," the older girl shook her head. "It was all me and my trust issues."
Jennie moved closer to the girl, wrapping her arms around her waist. "I love you."
Rosé tangled her fingers in the shorter girl's hair. "I love you, too," she smiled.
Rosé grabbed Jennie's hand and sat her down on the couch. "So, tell me," she said, "What exactly happened with Jongin, and do I need to take him to court?"
Jennie looked at her. "What?"
Rosé turned her head and made eye contact with Jennie. "You told Lucas, Lucas told Chungha, Chungha told Jaehyun, and Jaehyun told me," she said. "So, tell me, what did he do to you?"
"If it's okay, Roseanne," Jennie looked away, "I don't really wanna talk about that right now."
The older girl wrapped an arm around her, pulling her closer. "If you don't tell someone, he might try it again," Rosé said, "and another person may not be around to help you that time. You need to let me know so we can get the police involved, J."
"I know," Jennie nodded, "just not right now."
Rosé kissed her temple. "When you're ready," she said. "Let me know when you're ready."
"I will," the younger girl got comfortable and they sat in silence until Jennie let out a small giggle.
"What?" Rosé looked down at her.
"Does this mean we're back together?" Jennie asked. "Again?"
Rosé let out a laugh as she began to play in her girlfriend's hair. "Of course, mamas."
"You know, this breaking up and getting back together thing is getting old."
"Then let's not break up again."
"Don't make promises you can't keep, Roseanne," Jennie teased.
Rosé scoffed. "Why me?"
"You always initiate the break ups," the younger girl said, "and the petty arguments."
The older girl rolled her eyes. "Not true."
"Oh, really? Are you not the one who—"
"Okay," Rosé cut her off. "It's always me. You win."
Jennie smiled, shutting her eyes as she leaned her head on her girlfriend's lap. "I always do."
